Hello everyone, first of all, I want to apologize for my english because it’s not so good.

I was an OBT player and came back to the game about two months ago. I loved this game right away and decided to invest a lot of time, effort into it.

The first time I spent money to buy silver was on July 27, before the Policy Update Regarding RMT a few hours. I only bought about 40 million silver to buy my favorite companion, just like all the silver I have before. They are not used to buying high-end equipment or anything like that.

I was very scared to learn that I violated RMT rules and my account was finally on the list but not gold_buyer but gold_seller Expilat ***. Before buying silver, I actually do not know about this law, because on the shout channel, people sell silver on foreign websites a lot.

In my account there has never been more than 50 million silver and now I only have about 10 million silver left because of the money spent on costume and Baby Pig Companion.

I have sent 5 support tickets with tossupport to talk about this issue but the results are still the same. I was banned for 30 days, but for me it was just like a permanent ban. Therefore, all my efforts in the game and the 1000TP I invested in it were really lost.

I used to send a ticket to Raise TP Spending Limit but the permission had to wait more than 15 days (after sending a second ticket) to be removed. I do not think I can start again with a new account.

I just want to thank everyone in the game who helped me especially the members of my guild.

From now on I will probably have to give up Tree of Savior, sadly when the cause is not for the game itself. Thank you for taking the time to read these lines!
