Well, technically game rules are laws that apply within the boundaries of the game. But if you want to be picky then replace “law” with “rules” in my arguments
Well, i admit that they are worded quite vaguely, however everyone with at least a tiny but of common sense would know that these rules do certainly not apply to the things you listed.
(a) obviously only applies as a copyright rule to protect the software and game/story concepts from illegal copying/distributing.
(b) obviously only applies to illegal third party programs/modifications and similar things
(e) obviously only applies in cases of cheating, harrassment, etc and certainly not to every single case where someone might get upset about someone sneezing the wrong way.
Have some common sense!
So, if i may use the points you listed and combine it with your previous post where you claimed “if others break the rules i am allowed to break the rules”, your argument is is:
- others make fanart, which doesn’t affect anybody negatively
- others make non-harmful mods that are explicitly allowed by the developers/publishers
- therefore you allowed use cheat programs

Common sense and the law are two completely separate things. Yes they should influence one another, but this is 2016 you can sue anyone for anything because of “laws”.
What about PVP? PVP is great.
Hack, Exploiters, Gold sellers buyers, bot’s, ya, pvp is about that.
My Psycho Pressure hits like a track, 4.5k hit.
And even the nerfe gravity pole, 2.5k
ohh lets not forget the Warlocks, omg warlocks using this and other stuff hitting you 100k.

I never tried to do that because it’s easily detected and may warrant a serious ban.
Afaik I failed to equip those item by just modifying lua file. It’s probably has something to do with packet editing, or I missed some stuff.
I do know that this bug exist for quite a long time.
It doesn’t matter in PvP though. Your equipment is equalized anyway. Not like 165k damage is anything special.

No, its not equalized. I Still hit 4k in psypressure, and I see alot of guys hitting like a truck even with full con. And by like a truck i mean auto atk 4k-7k, Dark Theurge each hit 10k… etc…
Easily detected? how? The game got 0 protection and u dont even need to edit anything to use it and alot of other bugs hacks etc…

This game only has ONE solution.
ROLLBACK and for god, creating a solution for gold sellers e bots. Its not that hard, just see Neverwinter, Gw2, Elder Scrolls, u cant even see 1 gold seller, and no one needs to buy gold, because the game got alot of currencys.
Well, im not gonna play it anymore anyway. Only when privates are released.

I need proof. I had never seen that (10k DT) even in high ranking of TBL, and I usually play with the top 20 players.
I can imagine those player easily get into top 10 if their damage is that high.
Also, there would be much more players who complained about it.

Well, I dont need to proof anything, if you like the actual state of this game, go on happy gaming with 10fps e exploits and hacks 
Im here just to show the truth and to show that IMC and Tree of Savior is pretty much dead for anyone who wants to play a good game.
As I alredy say, Elder Scrolls, Guild Wars 2, Star Wars Old Republic, Wild Star, even Ragnarok are much better, much more fps friendly, lagless, better comunity, and muuuuuuuuuuuuuuuch less hacks, bots, exploits and ■■■■■■ economy.
Dude, the game run 3 mothns giving free tokens and TP for all the SA, paypal and more through Steam.
I know a player (a TOP PLAYER, top 3 pvp in SA) who got 10 accounts just for bug the Steam and get more TP and Tokens. 100% atributs and +20 equips. Top player.

Was expecting something like 500~1kk dmg… Meh 165k any dumb wizard, even full CON, can deal.
Well, if my pyro 3 chrono 3 can deal 160k damage in TBL, pretty sure its not something special.
now it says i need plus key, any idea how to bypass this?
