We’ve noticed this is happening to several users now and we’re looking into the source of the problem; hopefully we can find a solution soon.

To those worrying about their server transfer applications, if you were unable to complete your application because your account was unfairly banned until the application deadline, you will still be able to appeal and be transferred for free.

are you guys using VPN? i got this error most of the time when using VPN (like WTFAST).

so basically don’t use VPN when logging in.

Thank you for your response.
If it is of any help to your data analysis, I was simply placing a heavy object on my Z + Directional Arrow keys.

I will await the ruling regarding my case.
Should my account be deemed innocent after the server transfer period, I will then apply for a server transfer which, as you’ve stated, is free! [conditional on the ping tests that I perform in game].

Excuse me, but I’m having the same issue. I can’t login to the game. It kept saying Game acces is currently restricted…

Can u help me solve this issue?

guys try adding Location, it seems some INDO players are blocked

Yup, playing from Indonesia for some work reasons.
Any chance to allowed connection based on Steam affected region only?

@Staff_Julie yes i am, but 2 hours ago, i was able to access to SEA server once. but when i logout and tried to login, this problem happened again.

Also i always playing international server.
Is it really that bad? That you banned all of indonesian player while they are also paying for playing it?
I mean it’s not really fair
I do love play tos and i really enjoy meeting new people from other country, help and play together. Why the staff must banned us like that??

Okay everyone before we organize this issue and make a separate announcement, I’d like to let you all know what I think has happened to most players here:

We initially requested Steam to IP-block Indonesia, but it turned out our game server itself didn’t block Indonesian players from connecting to the servers. As a result, players who either were outside of Indonesia at the time of or were in Indonesia but used VPN/other methods to purchase the founder’s pack were able to play the game.

We got a notice from our Indonesian publisher that some players were violating our region restriction agreement by connecting to the Steam server from Indonesia, and we had to IP-block those players individually.

Players from Indonesia were not supposed to play on the Steam server. Please wait for an official announcement on this.

If this doesn’t apply to you, please wait until the support team looks into your ban issue.
