[FAQ] Server Transfer

@Staff_Julie will there be a a cash or TP for server transfer in future ?
cos i have make a few friends in kepidia server but i am from SEA
i might want to transfer to sea server in future cos of ping

so is this the only chance to transfer?

I cant submit the transfer ticket at the moment, is it because of server down ?

U cant transfer from Telsiai (SEA) to Klaipeda anyway

it take less than 5 minute to create a new google account ,faster than waiting for support also there a trick you can use , if your email abc@google.com just add dot(.), for example ab.c@google.com and still goes to your abc@google.com mail

Sorry if it already got asked, but if we have to submit until the 24th april, can we play normaly on 25th? without party, missions, etc??
maintenance is on the 26th if iā€™m correct.

Try login game then logout and apply again.

I tried 3 diffrent browsers - site REFUSE to advance past that Ok button
i just want to submit a ticket and transfer in peace

it looks that somehow webcode is broken now, please fix the site ASAP !

The ticket needs to stay ā€œUnanswered.ā€ If your ticket was answered out of mistake (which canā€™t happen anyway because itā€™s not visible in our support inbox), please report it to us because itā€™ll dismiss your transfer request.

As for everyone else, you can submit transfer tickets again. Itā€™s been fixed.
