Falconer Rework and Skill Balancing

Hi, guys.

As you might have already known, Falconer had some major rework and balance adjustment last week on Korean server.
I made a video introducing all these changes to Falconer’s skills and attributes. If you are interested, please take a look~

since next week (feb 20) we are getting this change too… what will be the new build for falconer? we should start checking

There is no change since mine is personally already fixed for this patch since ages ago lol

at least use the rank reset to get refund from circling: expand attribute

Yeah. Or like what I did, since I swithced main I never used the expand attrib anymore

So what does a falc skill build look like now? is hovering worth considering now that it has a bonus to bosses?

is falconner3 bm1 build dead now? without expand and nerf to autoattacks this build isnt good anymore, wouldnt it be better to have falco c1/2 with bm2 with the ricochet atributes?

its still okay, circling is still good because it reduces aoe defense to 1 regardless of skill level and the hawk follows you so its easier to combo with bloody overdrive

Ok, I don’t know how it sounds, but I am really considering reseting my QS 3, Rogue, Falconeer, Mergen to the same build but with Musketeer 1 at the end, my reasons are the following:

-I dont have AoE attack ratio, so Mergen Skills suck for me now
-Grooving Muzzle seems to synergize well with QS 3 on my build with also giving some other buffs
-Muskets are now better weapons than Bows, since they give more min and max damage than bows, so that would buff Falconeer skills a bit

Maybe someone will say to change to BM 1, but I really dont want to have to invest in two weapons

it is great but you must endure at least 1-2 year more to harvest your fruit which is at rank 11 when you can finally become fal3musk3

Remove 1 from Circling if you want Hanging Shot.

Pheasant is OP. I dont even use Pre emptive Strike while farming. Just gather mobs using running shot or whatever, aiming always on, activate sneak hit, use Pheasant and if something remains alive, use triple arrow or whatever.

I really enjoyed playing the new falconer, they fixed skills and the hawks problems and make Pheasant so good that now i can actually do tons of damage and gather mobs for mergen skills at the same time :prince:

Hi all, I have an arch2-quarrel3-falc3-mergen. I wanna know why most of the builds I see do not include Parthian shaft? It has 3 overheat, high damage, +3 AoE atk ratio, and no charge time. I defintely think it may be used more frequently than homing arrow.

It has no attributes.

Probably nobody tried it. I think it’s an excellent filler skill. A single point in it already gives great results.

I just noticed. Pre-emptive Strike’s attribute works on all attacks. I thought it was only for Sonic Strike/Hovering.

Do you guys are facing problems with the Pre-emptive Strike disabling the auto swap function? The swap works but do not swap the weapon back, and if you disable the Pre-emptive Strike after that it unstuck.

i used to have hovering in the early days and decide to give a try again. the damage is pretty decent. and if u use aiming/ circling. the effect stay in u even if the falcon is hovering the area.
now the circling is not mandatory as before so u can have some more space to test others skills.
pheasant is OP and with the effect of the roost it become even more OP.
