[Falconer C1] PVE-wise, how future-proof do you think will Circling at just lv.5 be?

Currently, lv.5 Circling’s AOE def reduction is more than enough to tackle every PVE content in this game.

  1. Do you think the purpose of Circling being made available up to lv.15 is for mass PVP only?

  2. Would it be wise to pick Falconer at just C1 for Circling and pick DPS classes in higher ranks (e.g. musket, mergen) - or do ET/Uphill/Library runs appreciate a Falconer C3 more?

  3. How good is a QS3 Falcon1 X Mergen or QS3 Falcon1 Musket2 compared to a QS3 Falcon3?

I’m no Oracle yet but my prediction is:
Certain rank10 maps will have XLsized=4ADR trash mobs making JP-HK, Circling and AAR gears more needed when tackling them.

All elite mobs with L size is dangerous enough. :stuck_out_tongue:

With how r8 rolled out I don’t think IMC thinks the same, I’m am dreaming of GE’s multi-character system being applied here in ToS in later ranks, so we can bring our alts and have 15man(5player) raid party.

Well. With Link Resist, Circling have it’s purpose with L size it’s actually scary enuff heh. Imagine theres 20 wave of spawn of L size monsters in ur face guhehehe

that hits for 9000 magic damage

Either way the game is looking more and more GEish

Easy to think is…
If mob have more than 5ADR how normal ppl can do?
The one who don’t have falcon or linker.
Who need phada, gra-b, head gear aoe to hit more mob. That equipment they are just a junk?

But since they are IMC. everything is possible lol.

It wouldn’t be bad. Phada is 220 gear and that would be for rank +9 mobs, so +330 zones. If mobs by then have higher ADR, then they will probably make gear with higher AAR so it should be fine

Then it will be same as R8 base dmg case. Cut out lower rank of equipment use only R9 thing. Build up all equipment from start again.

Circling 0-ADR debuff + Circling: Expand attribute + Aiming = insane AOE multiplier.

Hehehe. Nothing’s more future-proof than this.
