This post is created in every MMO forum, its a classic now lol
i agree, and in some cases, like, if iām playing as a priest in ragnarok online, i think it fits more to use a female char, but i let it clear that iām a man
This is a game so you choose what entertains you. Case closed.
This is an RPG so you may play something that doesnāt represent yourself. Case closed.
What else is there to discuss?
It would be nice though to have the option to verify oneās true sex to someone else, per character that is to protect oneās privacy. That is only possible in countries like South Korea where ID are mandatory and digital IDs widely accessible.
heres an experiment @kyesse type āshemaleā in google/bing and make sure you uncheck safe search and make sure your alone in your room because its NSFW.
shemale now is a internet lingo for transgender prostitutes, language change overtime.
Itās much worse in games that are more⦠scanty with their armor designsā¦
āmaleā just like your real voice

Why are there people hung up about this? Most of the MMOs out there had more accessories and clothing that look nicer, and itās only for the girls. Some games do have nice clothing for the guys, but those come rare inbetween.
I totally agree with everything you said, especially the bit where there is this ID saying your true gender, i play as a male mostly but am female myself and donāt like it when people assume im male.
I donāt usually use he/him pronouns because it makes me feel uncomfortable and because I donāt always identify as male so I use they/them. Idk if that really helps but.
Whatās the point of this thread when the male models are similar to that of the female. I even saw that one male hairstyle that better suited in female chars.
As for myself, Iām gonna play as male for voice. Appearance-wise, either will do.
I will create both. Male [Centurion], female [Monk], male [Schwarzer Reiter] female [Paladin].
IMO, thereās nothing wrong with it. People cannot judge whether a player is man or woman by the appearance of your character.
Meh⦠I donāt see whatās wrong with having people play games the way they want.
This post is evil and will only generate conflict.
āI donāt identify as a maleā - Mind explaining this? Do you have memory keeping issues and you forget your gender when you canāt see your genitals or something?
The post is only a question, It was literally are you going to play as male or female?
gender insecurity also back in the old days male players really thought female avatars are female players, and usually used for scamming.
But its
#2015 ALREADY
it no longer works for the most part.
things have change, even in real life people choose to follow gender they arent born with.
in the RO community itās the right context
if you create a female char to rip off other players by passing as a female, you basically are a prostitute
but yes, it does not apllies for everyone, i know most people just like the design or sprite, i myself use female chars to some classes in some games
i think the problem is using this as a form oscam, henceforth the quotation marks i used.
No, just sometimes I feel a different gender so itās easy to just use they/them pronouns to make someone feel less uncomfortable.
Sorry for mistook you.
Yea if people ask I will tell them my real gender because it disgusts me otherwise. Haha. For the first few years of playing RO I always played male chars but somehow after playing a priest I started liking female chars more. They are just more relaxing and calm to look at. Personally itās better for easing my stress by looking at a cute female figure than a male one.
Some people just want to escape these stressful / undesired life by role-playing a totally different character compared to their self in real life, gender is just one of many aspects. The whole point of role-playing is to be immersed in an illusion after all.
Yeah i know, there were TONS in TERA back in 2012, but also a good amount of female players giving their opinions, thanks god. Also Skendya, you should be taming some dragons, idk what are you doing here
(jk)
also āexplosionā gives an innuendo of ācumming/climaxā with your already sensual title
