Hey Guys , Im currently level my barbarian and want to be a doppel.

There is several question I want to ask you guys , please help me.

From lots of youtube video and aki’s video. Maybe some are outdated.

1 .Why does the cyclone spin rate is so different? ( Does spin rate scaled with DOV and Quicken?)

Because I watched video from Aki, his cyclone does so faster damage dealt.

  1. Did they nerf cyclone’s dmg? Is dat still possible reach the dmg cap ?

So anyway , I want to ask why aki can spin his cyclone so fast?

Have DOV on and press Z while spinning

This gets patched out later, but blablabla lots of doppel changes
