Yeah great job IMC for trolling us again. You guys dont do testing before deploy into live and let us be your tester. Nice One! I would like to see how you guys get screwed up again n again!

Let’s take it easy, IMC already know that this might occur in iTOS since it occur in KTOS, but we keep insisting on giving us a big patch, I’m not saying that they’re innocent. Let’s just take it easy like what @Ersakoz said raging won’t do anything.

It will be nice if we are informed or have transparency after you guys debug the errors. It will be comforting to read it too . Using layman terms would be greatly appreciated.

We really need a test server …
you cant do test with your office PC ( same specs same OS Same setup ) You wont be able to yield much data

It’s too much bugs and defect in this game and yet IMC did not take care of it by ignoring players post.
Every new feature they implemented have bugs just like TBL.

The magnetic force bugs bring forward along with this new TBL system and then when player complain bout premium potion in TBL.

Look at their joker support team reply. Perhaps is their management taught them to reply so, we dont know. This is ridiculous and irresponsible from IMC IMO.

Yea, I get what you mean and I feel you man. We’ve been sending tickets for 3 days not just me but everyone in my guild, we’re also irritated by the replies of the staff or GM since they’re replying us the same message over and over and over.

But like what I’ve said we won’t get anything by throwing tantrums, even if we did IMC would just ignore it :confused:. I don’t blame the staff alone for slow response, they don’t have that much power to do something they can only report things to the devs. So I more likely blame the devs LOL

-Understaffed

  • robot replies ( a human can only effectively read 60 emails per hour at best )
    -as Long staff is aware /acknowledge your thread they would prolly work on it
    -no dev team for iToS region . Poor ktos dev have to code for new content yet debug the current bugs in all tos clients. It feels we have a diff infrastructure vs the rest since it takes so Long to translate patches and implement them . Sounds like something on the technical side requires time to implement not just copy pasta

-bugs don’t think a day to solve . Layman terms you fix bug A and a new bug appear in another. Could be engine related .

I Guess I should stop white knighting but I think players should just be patient .

Could you by any chance ask the guild members that are still having issue if their revision number is 175015?

You’ll be able to check it in the ‘revision.txt’ file at the following directory : \SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\TreeOfSavior\release\release

Also, you may want to try waiting a bit on the loading screen even if it looks like it’s unresponsive.

Did you restart your computer after changing the release.revision my guild member can now play normally!

If you could be so kind as to also provide me with your revision number and ‘lastreplay’ file, that would REALLY help us fix this issue. I know it’s not your job or duty to do so, but we’d really appreciate the help.
