Itos has never been properly compensated for anything or any mishap.
We used to get some exp tomes, and some instance reset vouchers, but that stopped months ago.
Of course, anything they gave to us is only scraps compared to what ktos gets.
But do feel free to throw more money at the game and hope for something better.
