Guys, what’s the best late game set for DPS monk/inq, solmiki leather or solmiki plate? Thanks.
Depends on your build/stats
I prefer leather, but solmiki palate gives str. That is attack. So it’s up to you. Leather gives crit. I like crit
With how much critical attack you get from DEX now I say critical rate is best
wearing 3 pieces of leather gives 30 critical rate and 30 accuracy, 4 pieces gives 50 critical rate and 50 accuracy
all you get with cloth and plate sets are 5% and 10% damage reductions of magic and physical respectively, which is really only good for PVP and right now not even really noticeable
I’d take the raw critical rate anyday now with how much you have to stack to rock critical builds, it’s like an extra rank 7 critical gem
Just gotta be patient man its a Korean grind mmo, this isn’t wow, there’s weapons anvil upgrades and transcendence upgrades which most of the hardcore players have at like +11 stage 10 at like 5000+ damage off the bat
on top of that there’s gems to grind, monster cards to grind, monster gems to get for your main skills, hair accessoriesx3 to get good stats on, gotta run earth tower for months to get decked out
while some builds are op, they always change things, play what is fun, you say you like to max characters out then this is the game for you, just know the time investment/money cost is astronomical on top of a lot of luck to truly max out a character, welcome to a grindy mmo

With all that beautiful speech said I must state that what annoys me most is the stamina consumption on double punch.
Remove that ■■■■ IMC, let us punch our way to heavens.
I would agree with you before the attack speed got added into the game, but now there is no way they could do that, but there’s plenty of ways to make it manageable
Make sure you get the attribute that gives you 50% chance to only use 1 stamina or something iirc
Red ox potions from the uphill defense, they give unlimited stamina use for 10 mins, I usually get 1-3 potions per run, i believe you can use this with squire tent and melstis to increase the time on it
Alchemist pills on the market if there are any posted, they are better than the fedimian pills
Arcane energy skill increases stamina by alot depending on the skill level, most monks just get scrolls but I have seen some monks fit oracle1 in their builds so they don’t have to but I wouldn’t recommend it
Also im not gonna post them here, but there’s 4 HIDDEN quests that increase you max stamina by 5 points each, a forums search will get you those, so there’s an extra 20 stamina right there
Wearing some decent stamina boots can help also
Even using half of these solutions together makes you only have to use pills occasionally, hope these tips help

Add two-handed blunt weapons
Physical Attack Two-handed blunt weapons that can be used by cleric classes are added .
At this point, the available classes are paladin (3- circle character learning ) and monk (3- circle character learning )
It looks the same as the original one-handed blunt but has bigger heads, longer sacks and slightly different coloring .
Two-handed blunt weapon has stronger attack power than one-handed blunt weapon .
The lowest level of items available are available from level 120 ,
Frieden exclusive US emotion series , Rollo Fencer and Sol Mickey series , and 315 levels Rare and unique 11 species will be added .
At the next level, the two-handed blunt weapon will continue to be supplied as an official weapon series, and a new class that can be mounted is expected to emerge .

Just what monks needed and wanted; two handed maces. get outta here. ill be sticking to my sword and dagger.

I just did the math and the new red 2 handed blunt will only surpass Skull Smasher + 270/315 dagger (with 2 lvl 8 reds) on transcendence 8 and above. And even then transcendence 10 will only provide 100-200 Patk bonus. So it all boils down to how good the secondary stats on that weapon is. If we get +STR or +Min/Max Atk it will be the way to go.
Also this new update limits us to using 3 Glass Moles, wich will reduce the God Smash damage output by 30-40%. This is a HUGE nerf that will hit everyone, but monkquisitors will suffer the most because of the bursty nature of our combo, fitting almost all of our damage inside the Glass Mole duration.
glass moles are dumb so I’m glad for the nerf, but i understand this will hurt most Monks.

yea, i wanted weapons that required less hands, not more.
However it seems like they will introduce new cards and some of them will be changed so maybe it ends up being a good thing instead of a bad one. Im impatient to see what will happen regarding the cards so i can start farming/buying the ones i need before they skyrocket in marketplace.
give on to us knuckles weapon. which has +100 Crit rate oh please imc

Fir Monk you do more damage if put more weight on yourself on your back with a mace <— wtf?
Imagine when Knuckles is release: I use my fist to put heal tiles

I only use Monk skill, i can’t support you without my magic mace
My build is full tbl: cleric1-priest1-bokor2-monk3-oracle1.
Stats (naked): str until 60 n dex rest (300+) (I use full dex)
Gear full crate w awak crate too (wind runner boots) n skull smasher
Cleric 1: safety zone, cure n heal
Priest1: ress lv5 n monstrance lv1
Bokor: mackangdal to 15s invu n samediveve to mov speed up (u can kill high eva using hexing plus effigy)
Oracle: arcane energy to up Sta to use double punch(pve), prophecy to prev debuff rank1 n counter spell to ignor magic dmg n destroy magic circle
Monk3: for fun
