[Class] Kabbalist Overview

Got invited to ET as a sole healer for the past 3 days (6 runs). Cleared 5F but working to make it into farm mode before proceeding on.

So far R7F shines the most amongst all the kabbalist skills for ET. Monsters hit very hard there and having a 1-hit protection actually works pretty well in keeping the party alive. The only problem is the precious R7F buff will get eat up by dievdirby statues, or warlock’s orbs.

Merkabah is not a bad skill for ET 1F, it has a really huge aoe radius and a lvl5 (or 6) with DM will deal around 3k+ x6 on all the mobs. Not fantastic compared to pure dps wiz builds but at least we are contributing some form of damage. It will be really good to learn the “drift” version of Merkabah as if the group chooses the south corner to ‘set up the kill zone’, Merkabah will take a long time to reach the mobs due to the stairs.

Ein Sof… I actually turn off the SP recovery portion of Ein Sof and buffed it to level5 for ET. The +120% hp for 40+ sec helps to make the dpsers not as squishy and helps to mitigate some damage off when used in conjunction with heal tiles. Heal tiles can heal for 5-6k per tile on an Ein Sof’ed dpser.

Kabbalist is actually not bad for ET (currently for 1-5F) :3

@_Nekorin how2 drift with merkabah

It is just changing the position in which the wheels are summoned while keeping the attack location the same (change the direction of your character the moment you release the hotkey used for merkabah). The wheels will be summoned as with your new direction but travel at an angle (drift) to your desired crash location previously indicated.

Well, that’s escalated too quickly. A guild with 1 Kabbalist can make huge difference…

Jump to around 6th minutes or so if you’re not understand, 1 Kabbalist basically just stand offscreen and rebuff RS+Ein Sof to guild mates (which is enemy on uploader’s PoV). His/her guild also get one and the QS in 9th minute is just like “oh we just RS each other so we die at same time lol”

Sadly it can easily be countered by Temple Shooter (or other AOE summons).

By theory so far yeah tons way to counter RS, but GvG is basically chaotic condition. Imagine if I was Monk 2 > Kabby there, just randomly throw EB in the middle just to add more chaos, with RS as defensive stance. People underestimate Monk as example when EB is not impressive, of course because you tank EB on full HP and full buff on scheduled PvP. Without buff and you see people can only depending on Cleric’s Heal, RS/Ein Sof are critical…

You can see people recklessly get hit by Zaibas there, where you’re supposed to see it and easily avoid it…

[/quote]Druid1 with Telepath and good aoes to use (a Diev3 teammate or being Diev3 yourself, for example) = problem solved.

I have some really weird questions for those with Gematria:

  1. Is the Gematria name of the monster always the same when you cast it?
  2. Can anyone list some Gematria names off the top of their heads, with the actual monster name? e.g. bokchoy/Chinency, hanaming/Hanaming, onion/Kepa.
  3. What are the Gematria names for Ellom (Entrance to Kateen Forest) and Ellomago (Owl Burial Grounds)?
    Thanks!!

It doesn’t affect gematria, also notarikon.

  1. No. Certain monster either will show a different name, as you stated below or have a prefix “monster” followed their respective name. Others will show their name only.
  2. That’s gonna be tough. Does it mean you want to catalog all the math skill names of all monsters that have a different name?

I’m almost sure that what is asked is if you recast in the same monster the result will always be the same, like Kepa getting onion everytime.

Yep, it will be the same.

Wonder why kepas are called onions to begin with.

Because they are litterally onions.

The name for math skills can be the things that inspired the monsters~~

ive decided to go cerlic c2> priest> diev 3> khabalist

if im correct with ein sof that means I don’t need to have any spirit at all and wont encounter manna issues? or do I need SOME in order to upkeep my friends mana? I might just buy that restat potion thats being sold in the indo version…

For the build it can do without SPR. Ein Sof is based on the target’s HP, it doesn’t take into account your SPR at all.

no I meant is ein sof enough to restore my mana in dungeon runs without any need of rest

Oh, then yes. Ein Sof at level 5, takes 50% of your Maximum HP and converts it into SP. Unless you are pumping maximum SPR or have 0 CON invested. It will always refill you to full. If not you will be close enough.

Yes, and you will have enough to even be able to spare Ein Sof to other players too.

Tested it in more detail. Thanks to Rainbow in-game (She wouldn’t give me her forum name but if I had to guess, I’d say @keruchan_0 because of that unclean Umaru avatar). Reduce Level when properly used on a player, reduces their level until they change Zones or die (No debuff time limit). It also doesn’t stack the reduction.

  • Stats decreased per level (estimated):
  • HP: 25
  • SP: 10
  • HP/SP Recovery: 1
  • Phys/Magic Atk: 1
  • Accuracy/Evasion: 1
  • Phys/Magic Def: 0.5

Pretty insignificant even with Reduce Level Lv10. Defense penalty for level difference doesn’t apply in PvP, so the reduction dream is ded. Well, there’s still hope for C2’s number skills to combo with C1’s.

RL is definitely not for pvp…that’s for sure.

Wonder if RL will get some changes in ktos.
