Riot games is hosting their server in Chile and its WAY better than the ■■■■ Amazon BR is givin right now.
Really disappointing. What ever it seems to me that launched a game phase alpha without any kind of test. Simply return the server that was or move to chile or anything else. It is necessary to solve the problem!
just use WTFast or pingzapper and wait for the fix next tuesday.

It’s been more than five days already. It’s infuriating, frustrating and insult as well.
How are you going to compensate the players for this issue? Token timer is running and I cannot make use of it. Are you planning to release the game F2P with half of the server not being able to connect?
It’s like they gave up on SA server. It’s been 4 days now? And they are not fixing it tomorrow.
wtfast solved my problem. There is any problem using it?
I’ve read some support tickets that stated that it can get you banned.
Honestly, I’m considering using it, as not being able to play and get banned is pretty much the same in this particular scenario.

Hi. I understand, but I understand as well that I have paid for this service and I’ve been trying to have my head cool and say “Ok, the staff is working to solve this problem”, but, as a customer, I’ve been kept in the dark because I paid for a service, I can’t use this service properly and I don’t even know why.
Please, answer my questions and the IT tickeet I raised as well.
- Do you have an estimate date for this to be solved?
- Is it possible to transfer my team back to Klaipeda?

I can’t use wtfast because i already used free trial in the past, i’m using pingzapper, but it dc me every 30 mins.
This is the worst feeling ever, hype becoming frustation.
Don’t forget to do a negative review on steam to warn other people of how considerate IMC is with its customers.
When f2p launch, it will be bad, really really bad.

It’s funny because the people that we payed for the access to the game and so we asked for the transfer to the [SA] server we wasted our money/time and WE CAN’T play.
Now it will be the F2P and we are just waiting for a server that maybe isn’t going to work. I’m clearly piss off.

I Agree. by far the worst experience with a game. I have to pay WTFast if i want to play the game that i already pay ? IMCrap keep ignoring us, my token still going out of time and they add 1 simple hour of token. you have to be pissing me off because such service its just. Send me back to klaipedia or give me back my money… terrible experience, terrible service, terrible custom service, terrible net, terrible server, unplayable… stop this s h i t please

thereis no brazilian server, its a thrash that they threw here 90% its off or lagged or bugged or we need to use vpn to play…
