Your total lack of communication is a clear sign that you do not care about your customers. I’m not even asking the issue to be fixed, but at very least you owe us an clear and truthful statement on this issue that’s been preventing many people to access your game for days now.
No one is going to refund us the exp, dungeons, items, levels, etc that we lost. At minimum we need to know what’s going on and what to expect.
