i have adsl, im playing normal since trhe lauch.
but i have 2 friends with vivo fibra, who cant play without a wtfast.
check your tracert -d 52.67.20.143, 
there is a post about it, if u dont have the same hops as tracert -d 52.67.11.119 and the other u are blocked, and have to use a VPN like WTFast until they solve the problem.

So basically you are telling me that I, in order to play, must use wtfast. By my own risk of getting banned from the game by IMC?
Temporary solution for character stucked, just tried and worked, was stucked on Tenet Garden
1- Install wtfast from web not from steam installer
2- Create account for trial use
3- Run ToS from WTfast and login stucked character(s) and move to other map or klapedia (other city)
4- Close game, Close wtfast, and run ToS again, step into new maps CAREFULLY
5- if happens again, go on step 3
ps: some users say using WTFAST are giving ban, use it at your on
risk iI just use it to unstuck my character since STAFFS ARE SLEEPING

It seems CDN issue, We’re expecting to solve it after server relocation.
So its quite confusing right now if its banneable or not cause the faq says that u can use when all the rest options fail…
the decision is up to you.

Thanks, WTfast worked for me. Btw, I really don’t care if it’s against the rules to use WTfast since IMC did nothing to solve this issue even though i’ve already sent a ticket. Couldn’t play for two days, I believe IMC should think carefully what kind of service they´re planning to provide, because this, as a customer, is plain and simple unacceptable.

Pos ahora ya sabes q las rutas de Amazon BR no se estan publicando @_@, tan solo es q liberen el adversiment de enrutamiento BGP hacia los proveedores LA, y no filtren las rutas D: hacia el 20.143.

Meu problema continua, e agora esta pior, pois nem char novo consigo criar que ja tranca ao logar inicialmente, alguem tem algum link que ja tenha testado sobre esse “VPN”, que a IMC deixou usar no poste deles na 5 regra ?
Pode me explicar como uso vpn?
