I am from Europe but I play on Klaipeda. I can only see the EU DLC packs on Steam. How can I buy NA packs for the server I play on?

Please, solve this issue asap… many people play outside of their region because of friends and for other reasons and we want to buy the packs too.
I am going through the same thing. Simply will not be able to buy any pack even if the price becomes any fair, just because I’m from another region.

It just struck me… is anyone willing to test it? or can any players from fedimian check if they can see their pack in the mail on klaipeda please?

I play on Orsha because that’s where my friends play. Why would you restrict players from being able to purchase the DLC if they aren’t playing on their own regional server? What possible benefit could you get from this, aside from less money?
@elfochka - Pretty sure you can only use the EU packs on Fedimian. I’m not paying £22 just to test it though. 
Yeah my guild is international and we chose Orsha to play on but like 50% of us are from outside of NA. We want to be able to buy packs and TP but we can’t.
Is it at least even possible to have our friends gift the regional packs to each other?
From Sweden and having the same issue too because I play with friends I met over the past 15 years who live in NA and the NA server was overall better for our experience than the EU one. Really hope staff respond soon about this because after all the wait to spend, this was just a soulshattering discovery. :<
I can help out…I just bought both DLCs and can’t access the content. Why? Because I bought everything on Steam for NA apparently and I play on SEA.

Klaipeda isn’t labeled as “NA”. I considered it to be international. 
People were abusing it to actually pay less and exploit the system with that Brazil online check thing or what ever so they region locked it. But this actually has caused some problems here it seems.
Same here. I live in London, but I play SEA Varena. I bought Veterans DLC (EU coz i live in London) pack just to find out I cant use it SEA Varena.
If anyone experienced the same thing and had the issue resolved please let me know. Thanks.

I’m having the same issue. I choosed Klapedia because i could’nt connect in Silute when i first played the game (the SA server was down for good). I even thought back then it was a good thing to play in klapedia because SA server always has some troubles and klapedia should be a more internacional server.
Now I can’t even buy any pack and i have about 50 hours of playing. I hope they allow us to buy the pack from outside region or at least transfer me to SA server 
Boy they did not think this through, as usual.
856 hours spent playing on orsha (unable to work so have played every day since early access), and now they’re not letting me buy NA packs? They better let me transfere to EU.
Can they even think? LOL

I got the same problem I’m at SEA right now but I play at (Klaipedia) I didn’t even know Klaipedia was NA I thought it was INTERNATIONAL.Region locking other players is just stupid adding to that NA Packs costs Double what they offer for SEA Players this by far the most retarded move they could have ever done.

They need to make all the packs visible and let people choose what to buy. Why not? You cannot use cheap sa or sea packs on klaipeda anyway!!
It is was done by steam but it was meant for a diffrent situation. I bet they do not know that you cannot use your packs on the server you play on. It was meant to be a reagional price like the founders in March. Imc need to solve this issue.
