Please IMC, i also have the same problem, playing from Europe on SEA. This is just stupid, even my granny can imagine this kind of situation will happen, if you’ll put regional restriction on pack purchase.
Why aren’t all the packs even visible? To avoid confusion? but people are already buying the packs they cannot use on their servers because of it. This is really frustrating.

i’ve sent a couple of tickets to IMC and Steam and hopefully, they can do something about it. otherwise… r.i.p my 30 bucks.

How are you guys seeing the other packs? On my end I can only see EU even though I really want to buy NA.
We can’t see them either and the packs we can’t see are the only ones we can actually use on our servers, this is the problem.

Still, it’d be nice if they came up with a way to let us buy TP/DLC for the same (or at least very similar) price for all regions, and simply allow us to redeem it on our server of choice, rather than adding this restriction.
Note to IMC: We live in an age now where many of us have international friends, and thus some of us prefer to play on servers outside of our home region as a result. I have 0 friends from EU playing this game, so I’m not going to be playing on Fedimian. It’d be great if you could find a way to remove this restriction for those players who don’t play in their home regional server.

We would to inform you that the Beginner’s and Veteran’s Package were both region locked. Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that there is no possible way to purchase packages from other regions since they are region restricted.
Same as me, I live in SEA region but play in EU
Though the package is overpriced but I think alot of us still want to buy it but can’t. please fix the region problem now imc or at least let players transfer our team across the server because we never know before that we’ll have this problem. It’s unfair to us.

Either way I’m staying put on Orsha. If IMC won’t allow me to buy DLC as a result of that, then I guess it’s their loss. 
I wonder if purchasing TP will also be region locked?
Could silver sellers take advantage of this situation? looks like they do.
Could players just leave the game? that looks possible too.
Is IMC games forcing people to play in specifics regions? yes intentionally or not, they do.
Is even the token cost in tp like 15 dollars too expensive ? yes it is.
Is the game optimized? nop, it isn’t, crysis 3 maxed out works better. The Witcher 3 maxed out works better too.

Could IMC said all this of the region locked DLC BEFORE the server transfers? yes, they could, but they didn’t so, it’s late or …they will make it right? probably not.

It’s true, i’ve send a ticket for this, and they said that it’s not possible for them to sell non regional packs. So, i guess they are telling me to change server (i’m from SA) from NA to SA, but SA server it’s crowded, long waiting for login maps and i have a really high latency to them (400-500MS), so because i don’t want to play in a sort-of server (cause i think Siloute its an alpha, not even close to beta server). I really like this game and i been overcoming everything about it because of my nostalgia with Ragnarok Online. I hope they rethink this due and give us some solutions, cause from my view point, the only ones looking for solutions area the players (using pingzapper as a way to log in, changing the use of resources to low the fps rate, etc…)

Only way for those who aren’t able to buy DLC for the server they play on, is to get someone from that server to gift you the DLC.
From there you have to figure out how to pay back the person who gifted the DLC.
Someone tried to do that and it blocks your gift

Can IMC please reply if we will be able to even buy tp in the future? If they haven’t thought about this issue yet (but why?), it is time to do it now before it’s too late.

This is beyond grotesque 
How on earth could you overlook something as ridiculously basic? You just shut off a large part of your potential paying players’ base. Sure, there might not be many non-EU players on EU, but they exist, and there are probably just as many non-NA players as there are NA players on Klaipeda.
