@Veritas
What do you think about Cleric2 > Diev3 > Oracle > Kabba?
For PVP i guess and would a higher con be better than higher int?
Build is fine and yes.
Hey @veritas …
What do u think about diev nerf??
They nerf statue hp to around 15 hp…
It means 15 hit will destroy it, correct???
What type of attack can hit the statue??
AA only or skill like ground skill ( cure, flame ground ) can damage the statue??
So what about gvg or battle arena??
Gvg … When you drop statue and opponent just need to cast flame ground and just ignore it
Or when u cast ausrine then opponent will rush to ausrine and hit it for 15 times and voila your ausrine gone and you cant be invicible…
It will be nightmare…
We cant do zoning anymore…
Or can opponent knock back the ausrine statue??
And when it knockbacked… Do the 3 spot light also moved?? Or it stay at it former place??
World tree will be useless when fighting group of enemy with archer in it… The archer will just aim it and destroy world tree in just 1 shoot of multishot… And im gonna cry…
Do you experience this nerf @veritas???
Whats your comment about this??
Harsh exaggeration. No one focuses statues that much, due to the environment of PvP. Too hard to focus them.
What about 2vs2 or duel??
And about ausrine knockback question??
Actualy i like to duel a player who like to killsteal me…
The portals for Ausrine stay in place, even if the statue is knocked back.
Duel the nerf doesn’t exist. Duel isn’t instanced. 2v2 is controlled, they may destroy statues there. That’s fine, it’s pressure regardless. Those fights can be short.
Update, we have solved a working strategy for the 7th floor of Earth Tower. After some evaluation and research of the floors beyond 10/F, I can guarantee that this Priest-less build (the Druid variation) can at least get to the 15th floor. I will update on the floors beyond, before the kTOS merger later this month.
does this build also get benefits from holy magic at demon lord?
Hey @Veritas,
I new to the game and decided to play cleric, the classes that can self sustain their HP always appealed to me, but that does not mean I like to be a Group healer, actually don’t like it, want to be more DPS oriented with enough healing to keep me alive and maybe some group members if I’m required to do so.
Anyway my question is what do you think about go Cleric1 > Krivis1 > Diev3 > Druid1 > Plague Doctor1 ?
When I started playing this game the plan was going Cleric1 > Krivis3 > Cleric2 > Druid2 , But Diev really have a cool game play and I went Cleric1 > Krivis1 > Diev2 atm I’m lvl 90 and from all the builds I’ve seen most of the people goes cleric2, will it be mandatory to be at cleric 2 to keep me alive and my team if I have to go healer in groups?
Zalciai give a extra debuff to help with incinerate, Zalciai: magic amplification will give flat magic damage (will this help owls damage if I drop the buff on top of them ? Edit: I actually tested and they get indeed the buff but I have no idea how much flat damage this will add to them or if is only to me) and Zaibas one more damage spell, Will this be enough to compensate what I lose from not going cleric2 ?
My main concern is if I have to start a new cleric and follow ur path because this path will be bad end game.
Thanks
@bdarwongso1 - Yes.
@pdfeli - I’m inclined to believe it doesn’t have enough support to keep a team alive with only Cleric C1 and not even Priest C2-3 to compensate for that. Zaibas doesn’t have many charges at C1 and the other buffs/debuffs are kind of unnecessary.
To all, we cleared ET 10/F yesterday. We’ll continue progressing to see the limitations of the class. In anticipation of R8, these are my top nominees at the moment:
- Priest C1 - Remember how I grieved about not having Ressurection? This covers it.
- Druid C2 - A stronger Carnivory (saving attribute costs) and Sterea Troph are huge. Also saving Panto Haste is very useful.
- Plague Doctor C2 - Potentially.
- Inquisitor C1 - If I’m going to pick an R8, just by lore of the meaning behind class names this is probably to be the strongest candidate. It may end up being another DPS Cleric job.
- Daoshi C1 - Might end up being a super Priest, so also can be a worthy contender if it offers interesting tools like an alternate to revival.
@Veritas Ah icic, does this build can compete or outdps warlock builds in demonlords?because as i can see from ur video demon lords has tons of hp and u need to move around a lot during the fights, does this means ur build can outdps classes such as warlock and fletcher who needs to be really close to deal dmg while ur owl is still doing steady dmg to bosses even if said u re repairing or doing circle for immunity with ausrine etc (in the case theres s1 tanking the boss so it stays in mostly 1 place)?thanks for answering
well I got Otrava Shield. Should I be happy to have it or should I go for Karacha Dagger?
@bdarwongso1 - It can compete everywhere but for Rexipher with the right support in party, due to SP drain. We can’t fight without SP.
@evrencp - Otrava Shield is fine. No need to pick up Karacha Dagger, unless you really want it.
Hi, I had the same question in my mind can you wright the pros and con of each off hand? (atm has arde dagger)
was thinking buying venom but it seems expensive atm in our server and I also dont know how much it would benefit me compared to karacha since venom also has plate penalty.
thanks for this guide, following your path, hoping to beat ET atleast 10th floor.
cheers
- Arde Dagger is just a weaker Karacha Dagger. It’s effectively +76.5 damage on the first floor, and that’s it.
- Karacha Dagger has damage to medium targets, which is a slight improvement. We have no use for the dexterity on the dagger. It’s also effectively +76.5 damage on the first floor but also provides +61 damage against medium, which is most of the enemies on the floor (total bonus +137.5 on the first floor, and +214 on certain mobs on floors beyond).
- Venom has decent damage and loads of constitution. The damage penalty skeeves me out though. It’s effectively +89 damage on the 6th floor of ET and typically not amazing in PvP due to the nature of a lot of people wearing plate. The HP is usually worth it though.
- Ledas Shield doesn’t provide a huge amount of stats, but it’s effectively a bonus of +153 on the first floor of ET, making it more powerful than at least Arde Dagger and Karacha Dagger while providing defensive stats. It’s okay.
- Otrava Shield is also okay, but I don’t really like it that much due to it reducing HP Recovery (thereby reducing Magic Amplification bonus from Animus) as well as only being worth effectively +63 damage on the 6th floor, which features only poison mobs.
Thank you, much appreciated
Now I know what to buy next.
by right support u mean chrono?and does it means we need support to compete with warlock with no support?sry if the questions sounds dumb, just really curious lol bc i hv both builds, i just dont know which one should i invest my silver on since u cant get the money back from leveling attributes
It’s a smarter used of funds to invest in Warlock (assuming Elementalist C3). This build needs less funding to succeed in ET compared to Ele Lock. There’s a standard for attribute levels for primary DPS classes in ET.
Diev Druid can likely out-perform at some bosses (e.g. Dullahan, maybe Demon Lords), but Ele Lock will usually out-damage at most other bosses, sans the existence of Thaumaturge.
