I really understand peoples frustration.
The packs are so expensive, specially veterans being offered so little.
Our patches havnt been very much at all.
Kind of feels like IMCgames doesnt even really care about the game they choose to host for us…

Ok, we got some serious problems… I won’t get to the game fixing/updating subject because it isn’t the topic so far. Since EA got some reasonable chagnes i still hope we can see some about these packs.
Region lock is a terrible feature
When server regionalization was implemented i saw a post saying that this was a way to prevent some exploits through region swaping at steam and that's quite reasonable, however i got friends from another countries and we choose to pick a server so we all can play togheter. How am i suppose to get TP at the server i play if it's in another region? I did had the chance to migrate but i chose not to and i still don't want to and i know that i'm not the only one in this position.If the price is the problem just make server versions for each region with the same price (that means no discounts at steam, which is reasonable) so if someone that plays at an uneven server can at least get some TP.
Almost no TP item/feature can be exchanged in-game
Aside tokens there's no TP thing that you can sell or buy, some stuff like cosmetics aren't such a big deal (i can live without a fancy costume even if i want it) but when you need TP to get more characters you meet a dead end.I was quite excited to get some new slots but since that isn’t tradeble i won’t have them so soon…
No only-TP option and limited packs
It's quite nice to have those bundle options but being honest most of the players don't seek these and even if it were the case we got only two options (around the same price) that can only be purchased once.I can understand it if that’s a safety meassure to prevent server overload but it’s quite dissapointing to be that limited.
I won’t get to the price subject because that’s a sensitive topic (still i belive it’s quite overpriced), it would be quite nice to see an official answer to that since the player base is as mad as at EA.

You should still be allowed to purchase the appropriate packs for the server you chose to play on. Currently if you don’t play in your own region, you can’t even purchase anything for your characters, due to region locks.
Forget regional pricing, since you forgo that privilege for knowingly staying on the “wrong” server, but if you’re going to make it completely impossible, why even let people pick their server?

Honestly if you wanted SA pricing then you should have gone to the SA server. I’m not a fan of the region locks but I can understand why they’re in place. In different nations things are priced at a different values and if there wasn’t region locks people would weasel there way out of paying less than they should; such as getting a a SA friend to gift a pack to you when your in NA so it costs less. Why do you think Nintendo region locks their consoles? If someone tried to buy from one country and sell to another they could make a profit at the company’s expense.
In this case it’d be very unfair for you to get packs cheaper than all the other NA customers on the server just because you live in SA.
All this being said, it is my opinion that the packs are overpriced. With $35 in NA I could just buy another game… Also disappointed we can’t buy TP. I’d get TP just to get the 30day token as long as it’s priced decently close to the same as an MMO subscription. Basic fact is though very few people will be willing to put any money into the game if there’s no attention given to fixing bugs and server lag.
Same issue, I can’t buy the pack for the server I play on because Steam puts me on another region.

Who in their right mind decided that selling “value packs” near or even priced above the cost of the established price of the raw TP was a good idea? You’re charging us a premium to take advantage of the fact we can’t directly buy TP yet.
What abuse? I don’t get what you are talking about, the abuse was on Steam and it is Steam’s fault for not fix it, it can be done in any game on Steam.
Go say that to Steam, not IMC, it is Steam police to region lock.
I feel like IMCgames has been suprisingly negligent regarding their MMO they decided to publish.
The abuse im talking about is with the founders pack. How you can go to other countries buy a pack and get it refunded and buy a pack again. Did you not see that during release? Are you that unaware of the community in this game?
Like i said, that is Steam problem, no IMC, it is the Steam system that is lacking security.
If there wasn an option to region lock, then it is IMC’s fault. Like currently.

Not sure since i don’t work for them, but i know that Steam do work with Region Lock in all of the games.

Well, in all honesty, independent of they add or remove RL, the actual packs aren’t worth, so for me its all the same anyway.
They only don’t expect seeing my money so soon, because i won’t go play on SA server just because my TP packs or w/e pack that may come to be worth is region locked.
well, you won’t even get ban from engaging in RMT. Someone cough WarRock cough in the forums engages in it but the devs never did anything to punish him. Now he is being a douche in the forums.
My region is SEA but I started and am still in Orsha. These region locks make no damn sense.
