A Ban is ban.
There is no difference except how long you’re banned.
USING ADDONS IS PROHIBITED! IMC DIDN’T SAID ANYTHING ABOUT SPECIFICS! That’s what you get for trying to make your game easy! You’re banned permanently get over it.
use it at your own risk.
make sure you know the full function of the addon you installed, no secret abusive command, no fishy business.
but some people just install everything, the more must be better. until unaware that something abusive has been installed.
I doubt they banned you for addon abusing since I used most of the addons listed and didn’t get banned (ofc didnt use zoomy and cw/cx stuff). Sucks if it’s true, they should at least tell you WHAT actually you committed and not just “you broke a rule”.
the culprit is cw/cx stuff, (im not techie person, dont know if i say it right)
it had command line to work with cxanywhere that able you to access utility NPC such as blacksmith and repair anywhere, im sure that sound abusive as it alter the gameplay directly.
even TS actually not using that function. but well… ■■■■ happen.
but i think 30days kinda harsh, as most of us unaware the full function of those addon, we install it because of that certain tiny function like show only repair at 30% durablity, dont even know it associate with more abusive addon.
wasted 1 whole token, make it 3 days for first offender, 30day for second, and perma ban for the third

We need to have a talk about how to use computers properly. Paint is a extra and unnecessary step in all this.

We have no plans on restricting add-ons that conveniently
display information which can be obtained from external communities or between users.
However, we are sternly against add-ons that allow abnormal gameplay such as being able to use NPC stores on a field or an auto-play program. Those are prohibited and its user is liable to be banned.
I usually just pass off any comments filled with obsessive rage, caps lock or profanity or toxic/cancerous insults as trolling/anger management 10 year old.

Which is in every UELA ever. Something like that is also used in most job contracts as well. Standard legalese to save companies in the case of disputes over denial of service of breaking a contract.

Sorry to hear that, but NO company will provide you with the evidence. This is to prevent new ways to circumvent detection.
Game Use Agreements are not courts where every evidence has to be presented for validation, instead they are rules.

They are VERY clear in what is acceptable and what is not. It feels like people are going out of their way to be ignorant and then making a showing of it.

I assume your post is sarcastic but even so the TP button doesn’t have anything to do with their income because of the way it functions. You can’t click it and use it to buy TP and it advertises nothing. It serves no use till you buy TP from DLC page so I find it pointless to be in the way like that. IMO they just need to add a menu to the bar at bottom right that opens both Market and TP purchase page.
If you do buy TP it only serves it’s function for 1-2 seconds and becomes useless again. I can see why people would want to remove something 100% pointless and unnecessary from their UI.

i use add-ons 4 mapping and questing… i havent heard about auto repair… and skill dem WUTEVA
Well, received a second response stating they will further investigate my case, I guess that’s something.
cwRepair lets you define a durability% to consider a gear ‘good’ and easily repair the bads when visiting a repair shop.
cwCleric is a class helper. It’ll remind you to toggle ‘Heal: Remove Damage’ on/off when joining/leaving parties.
cwFarmed allows you to easily see what’s really being farmed while you grind your way through the game.
cwMarket add 2 buttons to your cabinet window, making it possible to retrieve all items or all silver with one click. It also fixed the problem when clicking the ‘next’ button on the market pagination.
These things dont open repair or market anywhere you are or let you auto kill mobs in a map so this 4 things wasn’t the problem here.
You gotta be ■■■■■■■ kidding me! I have this problem and same message since 05/30/2016! It was before this massive ban, it was even before the add on release by Fiote! I have openned 8 tickets now! Just openned the 8th. In the 7th ticket they give me the answer below! Really?! You dont even read the tickets? You actually look into the problem? Wheres the ■■■■■■■ communication here?! Wheres the damn reason I got block or wherever since there are people that r playing normally so far?!? I only used the excrulon, the map, exp viewer, etc! I want a damn concrete answer!
