You can disable the shout ticker already. Hit enter, click the gear icon at the end of the bar that pops up, then uncheck the option.
So when i put this link up… he finally scared and send me this…
we can come into a conclusion that all the previous spams were made by him alone…

That player is not breaking any rules, she is just being a ■■■■. Simply being a ■■■■ should not be bannable. Unfortunately, since you are grinding in one of the most contested areas of the game, people hitting your fireballs is to be expected.
I think ridiculous that an attitude that is not something punishable, should anything be done because this is not the first that hinders me , If the ability to change only the caster and people in the group could push the fireballs that could be solved
