reporting that guy is no use…imo just go to a different channel/place where you can grind. it’s up to you, though.
it’s not a bug. there is a secret event where, when you unlock it, tons of monsters will respawn within a period of time on “that” spot.
I don’t really understand what you are reporting.
You are reporting him for being level 280 and killing things faster than you? I hate to break it to you, but you are going to be seeing a lot more level 280s soon farming items in lower level maps…

I love how this ‘secret evet’ spawns like 20 monsters in the same place infinitly. If you go there, they’re still spawn killing them just like this warlock is doing.

The problem here isn’t he Killing mobs faster than me, the problem is he Keep this unlimited KS with those Fire Balls not letting others compete for the exp just making other lives miserable because he can and have nothing to do instead of dominating a spot in all 5 chanels like he buy the place all for him.
The true problem is the lack of Respect and the fact he think just because he is a 280 he is above the rules.
- There are no rules saying he can’t KS, so he is still fully within the rules
- If he wants to be a ■■■■ - it is fully within his rights. He doesn’t have to show anyone respect if he doesn’t want to
- Fire Balls… ? You know you can just knock those away right?
I am not saying what he did was right. In fact, I think being 280 and camping all the channels so lower levels can’t is pretty rude… but being rude is not (and should not be) a reportable offence.

So is fair to say that if i want when i hit lvl cap i can Harass low lvl lives just because i think is funny do that ?
Is he harassing you? Or is he just farming?
If he was harassing you, then that is a different story. But you didn’t post any chat logs of verbal harassment, and you never said he was following you from map-to-map KSing you. If you had left that area and he stayed there killing stuff - then he is not really harassing you. He is just farming more effectively than you (as anyone that is a higher level than you would).
Its not infinitely. its for 200 seconds i think, then it stops until the event starts again.
You’ve just confirm what i was thinking is free to say that i can jump from channel to channel Killing Mobs in same spot regardless of Punishment.
This guy harasses everyone though. If he stayed in his own channel, fine. But he chases us around, channel hopping.
We start our quest, he comes and steals all the mobs. We leave to start a new quest elsewhere. He follows.
Moreover, he refuses to invite anyone into his party despite having open spaces. Ever. If you go to this spot, YOU WILL NEVER BE LEFT WITHOUT A PARTY. Either party is full so they can’t invite you or you get instantly invited on request. Don’t give me that foolish talk about “Oh, you can invite whoever you choose. Maybe he just did not want to invite.” Nobody is withholds party inviting on this map.
Most importantly. HE IS ALWAYS THERE. No one reasonably has this many alts/friends to level. If he was there 2-3 days, fine, maybe he had an alt and was lazy. But a level 280 insta killing mobs at a level 70 dungeon, with restricted party access, and channel hopping to control ALL maps, ALL the time? If that doesn’t sound like RMT-Leveling, I don’t know what does. IMC should by all means look into this behavior.

if you try to look for the “hidden quest/secrets” thread around the forum, you will see it for yourself.
does he only channel switch and stay on that area?
-> farming
does he channel switch and follow you around the area?
-> ask him to choose something that wont prevent others from questing
= either he harasses by not stopping
= ot he stays at the spot shown in the screenshot and just farms silver again
