Any chance people are getting banned through IP without checking their TeamNames? Please, IMC, double check TeamNames before banning.

I dont judge people just because they live somewhere. I trust in what I said to all of you even if there is ppl saying that I’m lying. Maybe who is complaining about what are we saying will pass through it someday, and will, and you will be like us, asking for justice. Of course we won’t do anything more than just creating tickets or write on forums because it’s just a game, there is better stuffs to do on our lives. Won’t lie, I love the thematic, created another account, played a little more, but can’t keep playing knowing someday it can happen again. Now I will just read threads, won’t post my opinion anymore. There are risks using third party services and that’s why developers do not support their use, most of the time.
I feel bad for the truly honest people banned in error, and they all seem to be on Silute, but the sheer number of people crying about being banned while only 2 or 3 days ago talking about being buddies with Sorien and sympathizing with him are getting everything they deserve. Sorry not sorry.

Look, you can do whatever you want, but dont falsely accuse ppl… that is literally what this whole thing is about, IMC not saying why they are banning… most if not all of the ppl that are claiming that, are not in any ban list, and they have received generic automatic responses from imc that doesnt say exactly what happen…
Again, as i said somewhere in this forum, if you have proof of something illegal happening in ToS, and you dont report it, you can be punished due to EULA and term of service of tos… so if you dont have proof about your statements, you can also be punished by de same EULA and term of services of tos…
I see we have a biased, as far as I know about ban. Well I was banned and so far I did not have a sensible statement from IMC, because at the time of the happened was OFF, in my market had 2 items for sale a gem and a +11 primus. I was banned on Thursday. I only noticed the night because I work during the day and only play 2 am on weekdays. Now I ask you what my fault? was it because I left those items in the market and been sold to a guy who was using Hacker? I’m just waiting for BMI to say what it will do to take my precautions.

I gotta say I did enjoy playing this game, but having my account banned among several others and only getting automated replies out of the tickets I sent was enough to give all my hopes on this game.
Good job, keep up on that and you might scare away even more of your customers and lose even more money, most likely.

The “player loss” is mostly because the PP event ended. You know, that event which promoted afking in town 24/7 on 5 different accounts.
If you go back a bit on that chart, you can see how the week the event started, the game suddenly gained 800+ “players” during the deadest hours.
I mean, I’m all for players who got wrongly banned to get their names cleared so they can come back, no matter the circumstances.
But in the end, the only people that knows whether they have cheated or not, are the “banned” players and IMC, and making threads asking for certain players to have second chances/reviews just because they claim to be loyal, innocent role model players just sounds real arrogant at least. No one can prove they are really innocent other than IMC themselves who have records and logs of such things anyways, its just weird how players are accusing IMC of banning innocent players on baseless reasons.
With that being said, to anyone that is indeed falsely accused, I hope your names will be cleared.

do you understand that if they enforce that, most of the ppl in the forum would be banned due to either false accusation with no proof, or ppl who actually knows about it and dont report them???
Both of the cases are against the terms of services and EULA…
