No, i don’t mean they are the exploiters, is just that, the ratio just doesn’t look right. On the other hand, having manual rollback and checks, and banning from that means they would have found something right, yet if we assume there are falsely bans, then what they found lol? Moreover it’s mostly SA people, some database error ■■■■? As a person from IT industry, it is hard to believe that such error can happen. Computer don’t make such human mistake when comparing ids and stuffs.

I played 2 years ago, I overcame several problems in the game but this silver hack discouraged me a lot.
In the midst of this mess, I lost silver without even getting into TOS over the weekend.
I’m tired of the incopetencia of the company, IMC makes me angry …
What pisses me the most are the ppl ignoring the fact that the game is good but it is poorly managed and worse, letting the IMC not do the job right and that’s okay.
The same problem happened with me, I returned to this game on sunday 30/09 I didn´t know that this problem was related with silver hack.
Is it possible that IMC are banning people that use VPN (like WTFast) to reduce their ingame latency? If one abuser is using the same VPN people can get punished in the crossed fire.

Hello IMC, let’s talk? Foxie is a close friend , I met her in Tree of Savior, I know her nature and am absolutely sure that she didn’t participate in the exploit. Verify her case with attention and don’t allow this injustice. By the way, one of the requirements that I have for a friendship is honesty. Who know me in the game know how much I judge and that always that I see something wrong I report. You can check the amount of reports that I’ve done of bots by ticket. EVEN GETTING GENERIC AND INCONCLUSIVE AUTOMATIC ANSWERS I DID KEEP ON SENDING THE REPORTS.
A little of my story with you guys: In 2016, when I was searching for a MMO to play I found Tree of Savior, a game that had everything I always wanted. When I talked about it with friends I was severely discouraged to play, do you know why? Because, according to my friends, you don’t adminitrate the game well. The following sentence “it’s a good game but it’s badly administered so unfortunately I will not recommend” was unanimous. Even so I decided to insist and try the game, fell in love with it and started to defend you like a bear! In the facebook brazilian group of Tree of Savior people know me and also the fact that I’m always trying to defend you. I also comment and share with the maximum number of friends I can your posts on facebook, to the point that I’ve become a “super fan” (person that stands out for liking and sharing posts of a page). Not that this a criterion for anything but I used to spend a lot of money with your gachas, even though I thought of them as something unfair and immoral (chances are too low to get the most desired cosmetics), i thought that I would “help you financially and show recognition for you work”. I even defended you in the “dpk bug episode” in 2017, remember? When many players stopped playing because you gave rewards for those who benefited from the bug and, to make matters worse, didn’t delete the boxes. I was upset but insisted on defending you. Can you believe that I used to publicize even granado espada in facebook groups? Do you realize how I did everything in my reach to support you as a fan?
So now I’m upset, really upset. Besides the fact that you didn’t hear the player base (who asked and almost begged for a rollback) you have commited the same mistakes that have let me down before! You have banned innocent people and didn’t give any explication, while I see people who abused the bug (putting unrealistic prices in the market) and were not banned. IMC, do you have any idea of how many people are sad?
No one here is a child (ok maybe some are), one good slice of the players have family, work and study, and even with the immeasurable amount of bugs, lag, bad service, problems of performance WE DO KEEP ON PLAYING AND SUPPORTING YOU!!! How can you not see this? How come you are not thankful for having the best supporters I’ve ever met? Because, honestly, for us to be playing and supporting you right now, we have to be a SUPER FAN or super masochists. Have you ever tried to put yourselves in our place?

So, I would like to ask that you look with attention to these cases that we are informing you, because losing players right now will not be good. Truthfuly, at least give an explanation and, in case you realize a mistake, admit it and be honest with who supports you. I have 29 years and wouldn’t put myself in this place of coming here to defend Foxie if I wasn’t sure of her nature.

As an NA Player on Klaipeda who observed what was going on in the last few days im various forum threads, it seems like IMC banned every account that made large transactions on the market or through other in-game means since the start of the exploit.
It’s obvious that a rollback is not an option. They’re probably even contractually forced to not do rollbacks in cases of exploits and work on a solution that has them check every account that might look shady. A rollback is not even the best solution anyway. It doesn’t fix the problem itself that an exploit was possible and hurts the players that were innocent from the get go, so they had no other choice than to do what they’re currently doing and go through every account individually.
IMC was at least transparent in the last few days in what they’re doing with the players with various posts on the forums by Bob, yuri, etc. You guys expect hourly, individualized updates which is not feasible in such a situation and something no gaming company would do anyway.
We don’t have a security system like Game guard or something similar that would detect such exploits. While this wouldn’t be a 100% sure way to avoid any kind of exploits in the future, it would at least somehow minimize it. iTOS is different compared to kTOS. In Korea your account is bound to your social security number and phone number, so if anyone would even think about carrying out an exploit in game, they’d be easily tracked and can and will be swiftly dealt with by the law by getting sued, etc. Here you can just create multiple steam accounts, use VPNs, etc. to easily avoid getting detected at all. This is defenitely an issue that needs to be addressed. You can’t just apply Korean measures to the international version 1:1 and expect everything to go smoothly. IMC needs to proactively act in advance instead of reacting to issues when they already happened and then having to focus all their manpower for a whole week on cleaning up the mess. This is not efficient.
The people that were falsely banned should defenitely receive a big compensation in the form of 7 day tokens, 8 x exp tomes, raid portal stones, a special costume that looks like a prisoners uniform and a special title “the falsely accused” which nobody else can get in-game.
I play tos since beta and i being banned, i have the same auto reply and i dont do nothing i sell some things but the items i place are before the problem and i spent money and time to get my items and finally i can craft a masinos weapon and i being banned for no reason… i feel so bad because i like this game and play with my friends… i hope IMC do something because i want to play with my friend i dont want starting over…

Some people are in doubt if ppl that are saying got banned unfairly is saying the true. Now, speaking for myself, I’m talking the true, dunno others but somehow I believe them. Its not 200± people saying that got banned, its just a few. Computers can be precise, but before computer be precise, there is one human being there to make mistakes XD
I’m sorry but the ratio at which Silute players are being banned is alarming. SA has a history of being cheaters and exploiters across many different online games. Yes there are more people in Silute but to only have people from Silute being banned it’s sketchy. To be completely honest I don’t believe any of your claims to be inncocent. Hope you all stay banned.
Also have a feeling you guys weren’t banned for the exploit but for other suspicious activity on your accounts.

I’m Xenophobic for stating a fact. Even your own players from your server make memes about your server and how ■■■■ the community is. Not in just ToS but almost every game you all have a presence in. Just saying’.
And we got what we didn’t ask for, a mob of people from Silute with the mob mentality pressuring the staff at IMC, claiming they were wrongfully banned, and speaking for the whole of the iToS community that everyone wants and needs a rollback/server wipe.

We are asking for a fair judgment, or at the very least the reason of the ban…
If you think using the market is a reason for a ban, welp, you should be banned also…
There is no way of knowing from who you ara buying, and no way to control who buys from you…
Basically what happen was ppl bought and/or sold stuffs in the market to a hack user, because the hack user was flagged as gold seller, any transaction with him marked your account as RMT… Sure, some ppl didnt got a ban doing that, but others did, and at the very least i would like to know why did i get it…
Lets just say, the amount of threads and posts asking for roll back on forums speaks a different story. I’ll trust IMC’s judgement over players who go to forums acting like role models and screaming unjust ban with no/inadequate proof. All the records and logs are with IMC, and in this instance, I’ll believe them over mere forum posts/threads. Giving the reason for the ban would just create unnecessary trouble by giving players more fuel to contest/argue over their ban, no matter if the reason was justified or not.
However, if you were indeed wrongfully banned, my condolences to you and I hope you will be unbanned with compensation.
