As if this whole situation were not discouraging enough, there is still the question of the lack of transparency and contact with the players 
puts on and ZEUS - also in this list my case and the same of you had some primus in the market but they were not with exorbitant value and still I was banished.
I already sent several tickets plus the answer and always the same one that you received

Maybe because Silute has the most populated server (?). Even with its bad reputation about RMT and exploits, it does not exclude the bad service provided by IMC in order to solve the silver issue and their incompetence in responding to tickets in a specific way
If you dont know what you are talking about and have 0 proof of the RMT, plz dont asume that every ban was due to RMT, a lot of them were due to violations of EULA, and other were for RMT, if you at least took the time to look at the screenshoots you would have noticed it…
Problem is that they already issued perma bans to ppl, and said that they cant revert it due to policy…

If you did not abuse the exploit, or did RMT, and Imc did not solve your problem, I think that putting it to justice is a good one

i believe so, but then again, its a matter of proportions rather than segmentation…
Saying that most of SA players are hackers/exploiters is wrong, we simply have more ppl, so we should have more miss bans regarding ppl, and a similar proportions of miss bans in comparison to other servers population…
