just compare the numbers of last weekend with this weekend they lost alot of players i wonder how much from them get banned…

The “player loss” is mostly because the PP event ended. You know, that event which promoted afking in town 24/7 on 5 different accounts.
If you go back a bit on that chart, you can see how the week the event started, the game suddenly gained 800+ “players” during the deadest hours.
I mean, I’m all for players who got wrongly banned to get their names cleared so they can come back, no matter the circumstances.
But in the end, the only people that knows whether they have cheated or not, are the “banned” players and IMC, and making threads asking for certain players to have second chances/reviews just because they claim to be loyal, innocent role model players just sounds real arrogant at least. No one can prove they are really innocent other than IMC themselves who have records and logs of such things anyways, its just weird how players are accusing IMC of banning innocent players on baseless reasons.
With that being said, to anyone that is indeed falsely accused, I hope your names will be cleared.

do you understand that if they enforce that, most of the ppl in the forum would be banned due to either false accusation with no proof, or ppl who actually knows about it and dont report them???
Both of the cases are against the terms of services and EULA…
We can clearly see that there are people who wants their dear friends unbanned but just as the vatican witch hunts in 16th century always yielded plenty of witches claiming they were innocent without proof, I can’t see the witch hunters aka IMC giving the flying fork about people claiming they are innocent when they provide no proof to convince the jury otherwise. If the little match girl threatens to put people on fire and extort them with her matches because she was hungry to get some food, the natural reaction of law enforcement would be to apprehend the suspect and chuck her in jail.
As FBI that works with Chris Hansen used to say to the innocent predators, she would have the right to remain silent. The predators can hire lawyers for sure, and if the convicted tos players really wants to, they can hire a lawyer too if they truly believe they’ve been wronged by Kim Hakkyu and his wonderful watchdogs of ToS peace. I doubt many of us on this forums are lawyers so IMC won’t give a flying fork about random ordinary people defending their friends rights to remain unbanned.
Let this be a lesson for those who practice dark satanic tos rituals within the game.

Hi Foxie, of course I support your claim. I’m sorry this has happened to you and many others. Protocol answers are not enough. I have 2 friends as well that I strongly believe have been wrongly perma banned: Krepts and Blue-Cat (Silute), if you can add them to that list please. They have been sending tickets as to find out why, but it seems its not enough.

I think that permanent ban for normal players is too much, and it is not helping this game at all. There is nothing fair in this game. While necro players get banned, Saalus shards abusers roam free without any drawbacks. Whales can buy gears in two weeks, that normal players can not get in six months. Absolutely legal abuse of diamond anvils on velco gears that gives significant advantage to some players, and so on…
But… market hacked, and only normal players suffered. Maybe it was fun at first, but now it is not. Staff can see numbers, but can’t see people behind them. Taking stuff and players away is not gonna save this game from falling deeper into darkness.
The game isn’t going anywhere its still making a lot of money. I’m sure they will regain trust with the community again. All it takes is some cute costumes some free Cash shop items and a decent event and all we be well again.

I was also banned without a reason after the last maintenance.
I’ve been contacting their support every single day and i only get what it seems to me an automated reply…
I really like the game, despite all the hate i’ve seen and i’ve been constantly online and playing, i love the game and i want to get back to it, but, i don’t want to go through creating a whole new account and doing everything again up to end game… it upsets me enough to just give up.

Were you selling anything on the market when you were banned? What was it, how much was it up for?
Well this isn’t aimed at anyone in particular but what will you guys all do if IMC ignores you all and keep foxie banned? Will you stop playing the game over this current event? I’m genuinely just curious about what people are expecting to get from IMC and what lengths they’ll go to get the foxie unbanned among many other silute players.
During the extended maintenance, we have banned 46 accounts for direct involvement in the illegal acquisition of silver and market abuse and also banned an addition of 259 accounts on the basis of the IP’s the directly involved accounts have connected from:
Maybe u guys got banned due to IPs related ? I mean, u might be innocent, or on alt accounts sold some items which IMC think it overpriced and got buy, then IMC banned them, and then it’s affect to ur main steam account due to IPs.
My friends have been unbanneed today. Mission accomplished for them.
