raising the possibility that there’s a bug with the in-game character lodge mail feature.
I heard from one of the winners of the fanart contest that they couldn’t find their tp prize mail. In my experience, I received the TP prize mail but one of the compensation mails for the extended maintenance was delayed. When I noticed the delayed 3rd mail for the maintenance compensation, the TP prize mail for the fanart contest was overwritten even though I didn’t choose to delete it (but I already took the TP and title so no issue there). Right now I can’t delete any mail, there’s a possibility that some of the mail can’t get through but I have no proof or screenshots so I can’t really send a ticket.
Just a heads up to prevent confusion or further complications if there is indeed an issue with the lodge mail function.

What about people with “extra” silvers? Must be nice being one of the exploiters, got temporary banned then got away with extra 100m++…

Yeah, we are also looking for that one with tickets received, can you provide me that account’s team name if possible? I just want to confirm if this personnel is I already have or not.
But I’m also thinking, that isn’t that number… is way over than we are allowing in current inventory.

Did you know people have been photoshopping their screenshots just to cause further chaos and false accusations to rile up the angry masses? I didn’t think so.
If that thing is true then some one could manipulate the very data in the Database. - Acquiring Silver in very weird rate or amount, well thats something we might could see in sometime, making a weird packet modification, and lack of server check… But forcing to get over the Systematical Limitation in very database itself is entirely different Story. And I god wish it is not that case. I cannot imagine what is that Havoc will be. Compare to scenario if that is TRUE, then what happend on last week that will be a joke Still, it is worth to check, and I already ask to validate the list of users just in case if its true.
Possible scenario? maybe not a photoshop, but still … maybe number overflow in the client level?

err… I haven’t the slightest clue how you derived photoshop = hacking.
What I’m saying, in a very simplified English is…
People are editing the screenshot of their inventory to show an abnormal amounts of Silver, and then showing the fake screenshot to other people to troll.
The trolling snowballed and now everyone is doing it, and some people are genuinely believing that IMC has randomly given some players zillions of silver out of the goodness of their caring heart.
Oh then I misunderstood I thought you we’re speaking that some people don’t do that. Well but its still worth to check.

my friend cannot find her tp and title reward last week so i asked her to send a ticket ‘w’/
but it seems she had it resolved last night owO

oh so aside from @nxscythelynz other winners missed the TP reward mail.
bump on this then, their reward mail might have been overwritten by the maintenance compensation mail before they even got to see it.
Take note that this might cause more issues if you mail the recovered items or silver missing from people’s accounts
