They refunded the bg for next stage trans but not for the stage before u do the trans

Leticia update, missing items forgotten
I can’t because i have friends here and we having fun sometimes. But DFO is definitely a thingy i guess. Also not spam message so @Staff_Bob we need you so much.
I don’t know if you guys saw it but my eyes are rip now actually. The long story short: yesterday i find my destroyed during the event staff in the market retrieve panel.
The thing is idk when they did this because i didn’t play with my wiz character for…4 months i guess? Anyway thank you guys @Staff_Bob.

I have the same issue before too. And I got my weapon back from the market retrieve tab now. I am so happy and I want to thanks to all staffs, game masters and game developers. 
Still nothing here. I don’t know why I even bothered checking. -_-
Did you look it on exact same character that destroyed it? If yes then prob perform a ticket again. Cuz some of us(sht saviours) received it. I wish imc will return your thing to you.
