yes it is over guild event.
guild level 13 boss fight you geht 3x recipe or guild level 14 boss fight you get 8x recipe
You can get 3x recipes at guild lv14 raid boss as well.
It’s 2nd and 3rd prac i think(32 Absidium Ore doing quests,needs 16 for a Cube).

Thats correct, the recipe has been found and this guide cover the initial (not the easiest) quests released. It provides enough materials to get your Mystical Cube if you manage to obtain the recipe.
I will update it as soon as my guild reaches the recipe level, which is gonna be in aprox 1-2 weeks. And add all the additional material quests

My guild has confirmed that lv13 guild raid gives it (roxona east) and once we get to lv14 we will try it out since it supposedly gives double the recipes.

Just wanted to add that after the huge rebalance update, IMC drastically reduced the hp of guild raid boss. The lv13 boss at roxona east only has 36mil hp with 4 people.
