Battle League and Zoomy addon

I have noticed that some players are able to tell what the enemy team comp is before the match starts. I have also been constantly throw by cc and spell when I can see no enemy player in my screen. Is it because of the use of the addon Zoomy? Have IMC made the offical list of allowed addon yet? It seems that this addon is giving a fair advantage to the people that are using it

The search function helps prevent duplicate topics and can help keep input in one location rather than 20 =)
