Z botting don’t require a program.
It don’t hinder the natural progression too, because it has absolutely no efficiency.
Also, IMC did declare that Z-botting is honest play. Unless this is actually a bot.
There’s pratically no difference between a bot and a z-holder.
They’re both disrupting the gameplay of legitimate players, affecting both my grinding and my questing.
If you have a post from IMC stating that Z-botting isn’t punishable, please link it.
For example, a player going afk while leaving a heavy object on the attack key has to be handled differently from regular bots. The classifier can deem the afk player innocent from looking at the honest play records, so afk players should not be reported using the report function as that will work against your RII.
Interpret it however you wish. But reporting isn’t going to work.
There are cases where players are unbanned for being banned as Z-botting too.
so macro is allowed if the player is afk? oh gawd…then some players might do it, too? (maybe i should try it??)

Macro involve programs. Z-botting is just you pressing the Z forever with some heavy object.
It has the same intention as a bot program, I hope they put it in the rules. Any method that enables the player to progress without actively playing the game should be bannable.
They’re merely saying that afk z-botters should not be reported via the “Report Bot” function, doesn’t say anything about Z-botting being allowed.
I’ll keep reporting Z-botters to the forums whenever i find one, whether they decide to punish them or not is up to the staff.
