Yay lost all my exp tomes

And about the date thing. Im sorry I misread something. No reason to look down and put down other people for making a damned mistake. Lol.

So once claimed, do the damn items expire or not??? Cause its worded like they do, but the items themselves say nothing?

Sorry if it came out that way. Just getting agitated with all the “WHY ARE MY XP TOMES GONE” Posts on the forums when the information is readily available.

They do not expire once claimed

No worries. Luckily even though I did misread it they still all got pulled out in time.

Im just tired of all the hostility on the forums I guess.

I pretty much only read the forums when in at work (otherwise id be playing the game lol) and all I see is either people pissed at imc. Or people pissed off at the people pissed off at imc. You know?

We gotta stop the anger somewhere.

What if i fall under both categories lol

Also the feel goods

how to redeem the tomes in alts? thanks

Well they’re gone now, so you can’t

Because IMC supposes everyone of us connects everyday to play.

If you aren’t playing actively enough to log in once every three days or so, you don’t need compensation for the lost playing time either as it wouldn’t be that significant in the first place.

There, fixed it for you.

The idea is that you are suppose to see the compensation, and immediately redeem it on the character that was affected by the service problems. Not to let it sit there indefinitely so you can redeem it on a new character some time in the future.

Conversely, wouldn’t every moment that those busy players lose be even more precious than for someone who plays every day?

Well no, it wouldn’t.

Haha I played everyday but like someone above, I also misread the date - I thought it was dd/mm/yy instead of yy/mm/dd
I didn’t redeem them because I didn’t know whether to redeem them on Orsha or another server
Oh well, no use crying over spilt milk~ Moving on~

Missing 2004 that much?

Sorry, I think it just had to be said, no offense intended

[/quote]I think I might have to get my eye checked either - I only noticed the first four digits and ignored the last two.

What’s even more stupid is that I’m a computer programmer so I often mark stuff with yymmdd dates, like my photo folders.

I just see mm/dd/yy dd/mm/yy listed everywhere @_@

One will generally only see what they expect to see.

Reading comprehension has never been one of my strong points due to a fairly severe case of dyslexia. But thats beside the point and really cant be blamed on anyone but myself. Or genetics I guess. Lol.

Either way if you have been trying to save them for whatever reason and have been just ignoring them in there. Its really on you.

Now if you have been trying to log in and not able to due to server issues. Than in that particular instance I can see them reimbursing the now deleted reimbursments.

Maybe it’s a cultural thing and you’re just used to one format. At least in Finland it’s always in dd/mm/yy format while I think Asians have it usually yy/mm/dd and to maximize the confusion then there are also the illogical Americans who use that mm/dd/yy

I’ve been working in databases too much recently. I see everything in YYYY-MM-DD lately.

The inability to read or attempt to read anything by forum posters in this game astounds me…

Yesterday the dude who bought bank slots and just assumed they were account upgrades, people who never bothered to look at that mail, the dude who says there is no sale on the founder pack the last week. It is just amazingly sad.
