I’d very much like to be able to cast Teleport every 10 seconds, it’d make things a lot more fun for me. Going distance with additional points investment in some ways seems a little count productive, I’m using it to get out of the way of attacks, not to leave. Putting a faster cooldown behind some gear, art, or other requirement is fine too, it otherwise feels really nice.
teleport is already kinda broken as a spell, if you were able to cast it every 10 seconds base, then it would be even more insanely over powered
