No I am saying put it in line with everything else. At the moment it scales infinitely with no requirement. It’s so lazy.
Swap it with the sleep attribute and make it only work on enemies who are asleep or take out the “Deployment Magic” bit so it still works exactly the same on all non ground AoE target spells, Give it its own skill and make it cost 15 levels to get the full potential ala the Ranger skill which only goes to 20% not 50% (http://www.tosbase.com/database/skills/30104/) and give it the appropriate up time/cd. Just dont put it as a 5 point attribute on a skill you constantly have up to reduce your cast time anyway so you’re only using 1 buff and make it work for EVERYTHING thereafter. For a rank 3 skill with absolutely no situational requirement or drawback you can drop a hail for 20 seconds or meteor with that extra damage for nothing.
Every skill has a 1% attribute enhancer, this single attribute is basically giving you level 50 in all of those for none of the cost.
I have both an W3Ele3 and a W1Cryo1Link1Ele2, are you all playing with W3/E3? Would you without this trait? You’re ignoring the actual point of sure spell and quick cast because there’s a broken mechanic that allows you to have 50% extra damage always on, scales infinitely, and gets more powerful as the game goes on ad-infinitum. If that’s not proving it’s broken i dont know what does.
