PP at Kino C1 hits 9 targets. icewall at Cryo C2 should be 11 targets.
I think Kino C1 Cryo C2 is fine if you decide to get a PP gem. Then you’ll only be missing 1 tile.
You’d have to go an extra circle in both Cryo and Kino to take advantage of Cryo C3 tiles.
Just check out the number of tiles generated on ToS skill simulator and PP from Kino so you can figure out how much of Kino you need for whatever Cryo level you’re going for.

what im asking is that pattern should i spray my ice wall tiles if i take cryo2 to be able to hit all the tiles at once (if possible) with PP
PP seems to have a “fan” hitbox or maybe it also hits partly on the side of the character, too.
So I’d imagine a setup where there’s at least 1 tile opening for the character to stand in, and then 1 tile on each side of the character and 6 in front.
This is just a guess. Tampon would be a better source of best Icewall formation to optimize PP
