they already had a break…leaving the servers on for 12 hours after emergency maint. seriously nothing changed since the opening of this game, this company is fkn ruining TOS

Unfortunately judging by all the people who got to keep their items (and even those that didn’t, they still get to keep ONE of each of those items), IMC couldn’t even get that part right.

That is literally all I can say. This whole thing is too petty to respond to every whiner who treats this like the end of the world because their lives are so boring and droll that a silly problem in a game makes them react like this.

Lol looking at this poll you’d think 50% of the playerbase are quitting the game over a small number of item exploits by a small number of people.
There will be no measurable drop in players.
And without making the votes public, people aren’t afraid of just completely lying that they’re going to quit.
I voted yes because I’m damn well tempted to quit. I want to in fact. I probably wont however due to rl friends still playing. But you can bet my presence in game will be diminished, and they wont see another dime from me.
At least one of those yes votes on there is mine to show my absolute dissatisfaction with how this whole debacle was handled.

IMC you are concious that maybe in one week you will loose several players? Obviously you wont win a new players for this.
A little question, this will be the future politics about bugs or solve any kind of problems? It will be good to know.

People can quit on both ends. Those who are angry that some people profited from this, and those who are angry that they’re suspended for a weekend, whether they deserve it or not.
I actually think most of the fall out will be coming from the latter, myself. The former tend to be vocal on forums but also tend to be a minority in-game, I’ve found (the vast majority of the playerbase doesn’t really consider the large-scale economic ramifications of things most of the time. They do, however, consider being suspended for a weekend when they’ve only just started playing the game, only just returned to the game a short time ago, or are jaded old veterans in general who just needed one last straw on the camel’s back)

I came back to play 2 months ago because sialute server was realocated to south america, so i decide to give it a shot again.
But the game is still very bugged, and alot of afk necros farming freely, and now this…
I will probably go play Black Desert or back to guild wars 2, if things go bad.

If someone is willing to quit a game over something as petty as this, then its probably better for the health of the game (and the forums) if those people move on. So in that sense, I actually hope the players saying they will quit, in fact quit.
BDO is pretty shitty too and the SA server will not be in SA, sadly
it’ll take a lot more to make me quit lol. i love all the teen angst and drama it creates on the forum.(like this thread) makes me feel young again.

I’m amazed how this games code breaks itself, one day everything is fine and in the next one hell is unleashed, came back after 8 months only to see nothing changed, and it will never will, a good game in the hands of bad company, shame.
