ToS’s primary audience is different than that of BDO and BnS.
BnS’s content isn’t very high. Max level is achievable currently within 15 hours (30-40 hours for new players). High level content consists of running dailies for money, and most (pretty much all) of the end game content is 1v1 pvp or tag team.
BDO is B2P, which already means it’ll have a smaller population than that of a F2P game, unless BDO becomes very successful, which I don’t really see happening. It’ll mostly consist of casual players and high profile guilds.
ToS has the RO audience, and will be distributed on Steam, which neither BDO or BnS are doing, so it’ll naturally have an enormous audience at launch. BDO and BnS shouldn’t really have an impact on ToS.
