Why not make R10 attributes for all R1~R5 classes as well?

Scrap the “Master Circle” idea. By the sound of it we would need to invest yet another rank to make some of the early classes worth the pick.

Just rework classes as needed as you did with Ranger, Pyromancer, Druid, etc., (more damage, reworked skills and attributes, new skills and attributes as needed), and then add C3 R10+ attributes to ALL of them. This solves the problem of them being possibly too strong too soon, which was your main worry since forever.

Please don’t wait and try to fix classes like Scout and Rogue with an extra circle alone…

Unless you plan to make the Master Circles a Rank-free update (limiting each character to only 1 Master Circle or something).

Master hunter will allows companion to fly so they can work better like falcon xD

That’s what I hope otherwise it doesn’t make sense… it would be just a circle 4 then… and I still want master circles because it would let you identify as something… like a Master Priest for example… not just random classes put together…

As I see…that’s not their plan… I mean I don’t think they would have changed a lot of things they changed lately if that’s their plan…but I don’t know why they don’t fix some rly bad classes already.

This is kinda new now… and I don’t think that’s all of them… There is most likely more to come… Maybe I’m wrong but for me it would be weird if only a few classes would get r10 attributes.

They are doing this to make going circle3 of a R6 or R7 class worthwhile compared to getting R8 circle3, not sure if that same logic would be applied to R5 or lower but it wouldn’t hurt to see it.

That makes sense too but that still means it is not over yet…I mean… I hope… There is no alchemist, oracle etc. attributes yet.

Shop/crafting classes like alchemist don’t necessarily need to be viable in PVE endgame content, like I don’t see how you could make a Squire3 that is as good in the field as a pure DPS swordie.

Utility comes with its downsides. That being said there is no reason to go oracle3 beyond gender shop since the skills are still borked, so I do hope for some changes.

EDIT: IMO they should just embrace the shop class mentality and make it clear that these classes are ancillary and not meant to be used for end game beyond their utility.

I don’t know I would rather go with the let shop classes be viable too in battle but…

I’m kinda fine with what you are saying too… but they rly should remake the classes for that still… For example Discerning Evil is not a bad skill at all even if it is situational… If we turn Pardoner into a full shop class I think that skill should be deleted and given to another class…

Also Oracle… it is a different story… It is definitely didn’t meant to be a shop class…not even on c3… So they should rly figure out what the hell they want…

because lates ranks needs more money/attribute points, and we all know were will come those vouchers…

They’re bringing mid-game classes more opportunities to shine in end-game content, so that you don’t rely only on Rank 8 classes

But i don’t think that early-game classes (rank 1-4) are supposed to have the same damage as Rank 8 classes lol

I am not saying they should be as powerful as the R8 classes. Just to be relevant.

As i mentioned, i quite like how Pyromancer is now. I dont mind having to use 3~ skills to do the same as 1 from Warlock damage wise, because even tho the value of each skill is overall lower, Pyro offers things that are still useful (bigger AoE and some control with Fire Pillar).

And instead of relying on an extra circle, doing a little rework on Hell Breath and adding C3 R10 attributes for some more interesting mechanics that inderectly increase damage (not a lot), would already be enough incentive to take Pyro C3 instead of another mid-high rank class and be happy about it.

Who knows maybe this way i will see people picking Highlander C3, Cataphract, etc. again without being considered trolls.
This issue is mostly design/balance based, but having that little incentive/reward that could make builds more varied is not bad at all.

+1 on making r10 attribute for lower rank classes to be MORE viable in terms of dps/utility. If IMC’s goal was to create a freedom for players to diversify their builds, then I don’t see the reason on stopping on rank 6-7.

Having many class circles but only being able to be a “master” of one class will surely give a unique gameplay, feel to the player, and uniqueness to that one master rank. Oh my, “Master Priest” sounds so badass.

I like the idea. Master classes may appear like

Master Cleric = x2 heal effectiveness
Master Archer = +400 crit rate
Master Swordsman = Immune to CC while Concentration has hit count
Master Wizard = stronger AoE dmg the longer the skill is (like for Hail, PoA)

Master Sapper = casts 2 traps instead of 1 (2 broom traps)
Master Priest = makes Revive apply 3x
Master Peltasta = guardian 1.5x more effective
Master Elementalist = skills are 3x longer

Master SR = +10 movement speed
Master Falconer = 2 falcons
Master Druid = a dps aura for their awoo form (any Naruto fans? Lol)
Master Fencer = every crit adds another line with a higher chance to crit
Master Warlock = spend 20% of sp to force spawn a high rank Invocation shadow thing

Idk just thinking on my toes here.

Anyway base ranks should focus on utility? Other higher ranks could focus on improving damage? So both have really good uses for even picking master class for base.

I actually suggested master circles to them almost 3 years ago XD… I still don’t know if they actually considered my idea but there is a chance they did. Anyway I hope the r10 attributes don’t mean they dropped it… XD
