Yes, the name might be argued as offensive. IMC though, has a crap load of more important stuff to fix than to focus on offensive names. They will prioritize other stuff.

Why should he type the same message over and over again using different words for each user?
ā€œreport us via ticketā€ ā€œplease dear, report us via ticketā€ ā€œow, how sad. report us via ticketā€. I mean, it is easier to just use a predefined text.

Weā€™re in 2016 and there still are lazy ppl that donā€™t know about individualized and personalized service

Point 2 - Even in the ā€˜ticket supportā€™ they throw youā€¦ they usually answer with another automated robot message, twice I need their support that was Iā€™ve got, after 2 weeks, and my problem wasnā€™t solved yet. :wink:

It is not only about laziness, personalized services could bring lots of problems, like people misunderstanding things said or thinking they werent treated as others were.
I know people like to feel specialā€¦ but they also like to be treated equally and manā€¦ that is justā€¦ you know? Impossible.
Have you ever seen it working?

Itā€™s true lol. I gave ā€˜personalizedā€™ attention to people in the past for a particular game project I was working on. It only lead to misunderstandings, people trying to ā€œtrollā€ the dev by messing with his or her words andā€¦ people attention whoring to try to get dev attentionā€¦

It lead to a waste of time and resources. Iā€™d rather see a robotic reply and they go back to dealing with problems rather than trying to deal with attention whores, trolls and people who canā€™t read English.
