It is if it triggers 2-4 times every hit or however high you can stack additional hits. Also keep in mind it’s Priest’s only DPS so it’s not like they have much choice. They spam auto attack their whole lives and it’s why bots go that route.

mana-mana = 268 lightning attack
cafrisun adding one lines of damage, sacrament adding another lines of damage
with mana-mana only: 1000+268
with those buff end equipment:
1000+18+40+268 + 18+40+268 + 40+268+18
it even more powerful if your main weapon have strong bonus
like isbality against demon types
isbality vs demon = 340 bonus so the calculate will be like this
1000+18+40+268+340 + 18+40+268+340 + 40+268+18+340
If the OP cant understand what people are trying to tell him when they explain it normaly, i doubt math will make him understand it any better.

I literally do not understand.
base damage, 1000, weapon, 268, so the set and skill only does 18+40, so each attack does 1326. Without the buff and set, 1268. Right?

and on top of all that quarrels shooters get + 280% damage and 30% attack speed making it even more overpower lol

When you attacks with Cafrisun set you give a extra hit. To give more damage you need extra damage buffs like blessing, concentrate, gun ho…
Exemple: Lv.15 Blessing with max atributte = 170 extra damage.
Lv10 Sacrament = 40 Holy Damage + 40 Neutral Extra Damage Line
Arde Dagger 153 Adicional damage (fire element)
With Sacrament, Last Rites and Cafrisun you receive +1 damage line each based in your attack.
Then you does
1º Hit Weapon Attack + Blessing + Sacrament Holy damage + Arde
2º Hit Sacrament + Blessing + Sacrament Holy damage + Arde
3ª Hit Casfrisum Set + Blessing + Sacrament Holy damage + Arde
With this the Blessing atives 3 times then 170 * 3 = 510 extra damage + Sacrament 40 * 3 = 120 extra holy damage (does more damage in ghosts and shadow types) + Arde 153 * 3 = 459 extra fire damage (extra damage in ice types) = Total 1089 extra damage 
If you add Last Rites you give more damage. (60 Holy Damage + 60 Extra Damage Line with Lv10 Sacrament)
I don’t includ other skills who gives more extra damage lines.
If I remmember the extra hits count like a magic based type then have more damage. I can test later if you need.

You seem to be confused about how it works.
It doesn’t just add +12 damage. And it doesn’t only work with Blessing.
Since it adds an ADDITIONAL LINE of damage, it will proc these damage sources again:
- Blessing: ~174 damage
- Arde Dagger: 153 Fire Damage
- Low-End Elem Headgear (assume each piece has +20 elem damage): 20x3 damage
*Note: A maxed elem headgear will probably have 30x3 damage in one piece alone. In which case, damage becomes 30x3x3
That’s a +387 extra starting damage on your auto-attack with the most basic of equips. It’s hard to get a weapon that will give you that much damage on its own. Coupled with the fact that most armor in this game are useless because defense is useless.
Ways to increase that further:
- As mentioned, triple elem headgears 60 ->270
- Swap Arde for Manamana 153->278
- kToS patch for int/spr boosted Blessing 174->unknown
- Elem based weapon 0->unknown
Only a few skills will actually beat it out in terms of damage, even fewer still from the cleric tree.
Alone, a cafrisun set does not add much with that extra hit. However you need to consider that all your elemental atks from headgear, arde etc. as well as buffs like blessing do get added into that extra hit cafrisun gives. Outside of using cafrisun, spells like sacrament and enchant fire also gives an additional atk line, per hit
XD just go drop the 15k to buy a set (or less depending on your server), and then go get priest buffs, and even without an arde dagger you will see how much it increases you DPS.
While per hit it’s unimpressive, but consider–how many hits do you put off in a minute? Add that up, plus the bonus damage and think how many more monsters you’re going to kill per minute? Per hour? Per day?
It adds up.
eh, I’m able to one or two hit kill most monsters around my level with smite, so hardly even use my Z attack.

Basically, without Cafrisun and buffs you only see one damage line. With buffs and Cafrisun with elem attack equips, you get to see a buncha lines like this: 1000, 300, 400, 300 in a single normal attack.
tl;dr
you hit, you deal 1k.
you get gear and buffs above, you hit, you deal 1k,300,400,300.
you get to live your dream of being an auto-attack bot.

Thats what I’m not getting. so if you hit Z once, it will show the base damage, then show the other damage? It isn’t actually hitting more than once, right?
Just ignore them, most of them don’t know what they are talking about.
I agree with you that Cafisun Set is worthless. I can’t understand those noobs using Cafisun set until like level 200 as well.
Remember its mandatory to upgrade your weapon, armour and accessories at the earliest possible opportunity. level 40, 75, 120, 170 etc.
You must get the best possible equipment at each tier whenever you can so you will always be owning!! Remember while you are at it do upgrade all of your eq to at least +6 or +7!!! It is highly recommended to socket all the equipment with gems too. If you are lacking gems just use level 2-3 gems will do, there’s no need to save gems as you get plenty of it on level 200+
If you do all this people will worship you whenever they check your character instead of those wearing Cafisun set
Low levels are in for a rude awakening when your attacks don’t hugely scale when you’re facing 20k health mobs.
This is what happen when your trying to help a noob.I am impress that you guys try to make him understand although hes is being arrogant,doesn’t read people feadback properly and difficult because I would of gave up and let him be in his little corner.

I’d like to take this opportunity to confirm something before I regret it, if a Thaumaturge uses Swell Left Arm it will affect only your basic attack or all your extra hits just like Blessing does? I’m leveling a side character for fun and I think this route could be interesting.
