I’ve seen a lot of people with level 15 armor with locks next to the equiptment. What does it mean and why do people have it? Also, why do so many clerics have a weapon that doesn’t boost magic damage?
Because they didn’t want to design Fist weapons for Monk and they don’t need magic damage.
The level 15 armor is called cafrisun set. Google it. Best auto attack set in the early levels (pre level 170 or so)

It gives you an additional attack every time you attack. Hence all elemental damage increase will affect it. Blessing affects it. Makes you one shot or two shot everything with proper set up up to level 140ish or so

Yep, but it is a additional line of damage so:
Your hit - one line
Crafisun hit - another line
Sacrament - another line
If you use blessing you will get blessing added to each of your lines, so you get a Blessing x3 + Sacrament + Your hit (elemental damage works the same as Blessing). Something like:
Your hit - one line + Blessing
Crafisun hit - another line + Blessing again
Sacrament - another line + and Blessing again
Three times blessing per hit yay

As said, that gives you another attack line, it’s only 12 but all buffs will increse the damage. A pyro can archive 2k damage with auto attack with an Arde Dagger and city buffs before lvl 100.
The only bad stats is defense, the bonus are ok. You can cheaply turn it to +4 (or more), so you can do fine until 120, some until 170, even 220 depending on class/play style/con stats.
It is literally only 12 damage though??? Sacrament and blessing only give it a little more, like +10, which is nothing honestly. I don’t see how such a low amount of extra attack can be worth the 50+ defense and 200+hp you could get with the right level armor

even at end game content cafrisun is still very strong
i’m at lv 262 and still use cafrisun set to farm at lv 260+ map, it make your normal atk like 2 times stronger with buff and right equipment
No. With buffs that 12 would became +200 - 300 or even more if the no ordinary stuff.
You act like you know everything, if you do not believe or think it’s bad, do not use and do not mind what people are using.
so, +182 with max level? 12 + 70 with max blessing and +100 with max attribute. Still doesn’t sound that great honestly.
The set cost like 15 k go buy it then get all bufs and see for yourself

Archer A does 300 dmg per auto
no cafrisun
he equips an arde dagger, now 453 per auto
Archer B does 300 dmg per auto
equips cafrisun, now 300 + 12
he equips an arde dagger, now 453 + 165
Different class, same mechanic. Its all about the extra line which multiplies element prop etc. not anything else the set provides.
