The only decent part IMO is the cloth(glove) part. The rest are shtters.
There are better alternatives that’s not that far away from stats. Heck if you play good you can cafrisun til 225.
Leather boots are great, 3 con and 25 stamina for a class that can dash. I can dash upto mineloader with it on 130 dungeon, lol
but I agree pants/armor are not that good
That won’t work for melee classes tho. Stuff hits real hard well before 225.
That said, I do agree they are over hyped. Might as well get Knight legs/armor instead, it’s much cheaper and pretty much the same in effectiveness.

I only need the Boots(leather) also +25 Stamina and CON 3 (+300 to hp), For gloves, I’m sticking with the Vubbe Fighter Gloves, I’m Str/dex build so accuracy is not an issue, the rest does not matter since most armor don’t have any decent stat benefits, just get the next best thing with higher defense, IMO Its the enchant scrolls for the head gear where you should break the bank
cloth pants give +5 INT.
Pants make you smarter.

You’re better off with rokas leather armor+roxona leather boots+vubbe fighter gauntlets. that leaves pants, where roxona can be helpful but i’d use superior bandit instead
^ other than this setup being better, it also has cheaper repair costs except for my setup with superior bandit pants.
All the hype is so that the few idiot greedy bastards camping dullahan for cubes 24/7 have a way of inflating the materials to craft it.

Vubbe Fighter Gloves are mroe costly to make than Roxone Plat Gauntlets. Not to mention you can’t get the whole plate bonus with Vubbe.
ALso, you’re in for a rude awakening if you stick with Rokas Leather after 200. <_<

@deanleroy89692 why do you care that much on defense? You’re using leather anyway, you lose out a few def from using rokas, but you can get that def back by using Superior Bandit pants instead of roxona leather pants

That’s not where wearing Leather shows it’s disadvantage.
Obviously, I have different sets of armor for these things, but then again I am talking about leather parts, where rokas>roxona…I think you don’t get my point.
