Not sure why there aren’t regular announcements around the Dungeon NPC, or why the dungeons havent simply been shut off. Lots of people, myself included (Orsha) are still getting DC’d from dungeons. You’d think it was fixed seeing as how we were taken down for yet more maintenance - but it wasn’t, and the community at large has to gamble on whether they’re actually fixed or not.
@STAFF_J - What gives? We getting more dungeon compensation tokens for this? The communication is abysmal.
With the rate of DC’s people are currently experiencing,why gamble at all? I wouldn’t bother until they make an announcement about it.
I was asking around in game and in discord, people were saying it was fine and that the issue was fixed. Ran one dungeon successfully, the second one I got DC’d. There is no notice in game that dungeons are still affected, and no acknowledgement of the issue anywhere on the main site or forums.
It’s something that people have to step into to actually know its an issue, and thats a big issue.
I agree that it’s a big issue,but one look at the forums and you can see a number of posts about it.So no,you don’t have to risk your time or items [if you used them] to know that this is an issue.I know it sucks,but just don’t bother until you know it works.
A very small minority of any MMO actually visits forums. To suggest that everyone who wants to play the game should have to come to the forums to consult others in order to know if the game is actually playable is a sad state of affairs. This information should be presented to everyone logging in, and there is no excuse for not having a system announcement to do that.
They did announce it once in-game after the 24hrs maintenance. Guess not many people noticed it.
Yeah that was at like 1AM EST, only once, and has never been re-stated.
I file a ticket about it, twice - and this is the reply that I got…

Yeah that’s “possible”, except there’s 50 other guys who complained all at the same time that they also got disconnected and lost their dungeon/mission run. Touché, you didn’t even checked the game logs and shrugged off both my tickets with the same response.
Got some disconnection too. And some channels crash from time to time.
Btw, I have a disconnection at the end of every dungeon/misson while using the matchmaking system - instead of going back to the map.
