Assuming I want to PvE and GvG with some PvP.
Planning a 50 Str, 50 Con, rest dex build 2nd one, no idea on the first, thinking more Str.
I run the second one. Dex builds are highly dependent on the weapon. Our bis is didle grand cross it is all rng saddly being untradeable. With a good weapon we do nice dmg but we will need to + it to really see the numbers. Right now i lack my dgc and my dmg is about half compared to str builds. But it does get better and it will pick up you just need to invest silver and time and it can work wonderfuly. I went dex as Ienjoy the added surviveabilty evasion gives me.
Gear will focus on str and pa

Max peta
Head acc focused on pa 30 -42 crit dmg 40 - 60 double stated
Weapon at least +10 still use green gems as nothing else gives better returns. If you feel crit is high enough you could use yellows but it really doesnt net you much long term
How’s life without A2? or basically the -25% crit rate buff? and as you mentioned you are purely DEX, which supposedly go with the crit rate buff.
Also thinking of this build but I don’t know if I can let go of that Crit Rate buff. because even going PURE STR, the buff really means a lot.
btw,are you using your RS gem now? O.o
To me not getting A2 for QS3 simply means that you are leaning more towards PVP instead of PVE.
Assuming you perm cast RS that means you only have a 8 secs downtime. in that 8secs usually you only have enough time to cast 2x multi-shot and you are back to RS again.
So by getting Scout, Rouge etc at rank5/6 means you have other purpose you want to achieve.
Well i ran one like the second one. I think honestly you are speading yourself thin. You cant really make a soild all rounder without scaridicing alot wlsewhere. A2 qs3 falc musk or a2 qs3 scout musk. If you want pvp gvg scout for pve falcon for et

The Buff is good I’m at R5 with only 60 dex now and buff can make my atk cri more often.
In my opinion if you like kneeling shot you should go A2 it work well with QS3 but for me I really don’t like kneeling and regret about A2. Anyway it all depend on your playstyle.
well this sums it up. also thinking of build which suits all-rounder but its freaking hard, mainly you will give up PvP or ET.
still planning to put it in Virtov Leather Gaunts?
I’m getting the buff as the additional +50% damage bonus is so too good with critical hits, and A2 is not really bad at all, and for me its gives you alot.
Multi-shot lvl10 - which can be easily enhance up to lvl 70-80 attribute.11 arrows fired with + 70-80%
+25% Crit Rate
No/Less cast full draw
Heavy shot - very useful for PvP
Kneeling shot - if you are QS3 AA.
so it really depends on your build and playstyle, but for me I will definitely get this.
Unsure on virt due to being unable to trade if I upgrade latter with udates
