Where's the hair?

So far, aside from the servers being pounded on by certain countries who should have their own publishers (Brazilians are rarely fun to deal with, more likely to due with their political state making “free” the only option they have and driving every jerk into games that would OTHERWISE be fun[Something like a 200% tax imposed on anything videogame related because it’s considered gambling. Unreal.])

Hair.

There is no options to choose colour, and this is annoying. The servers are full enough to warrant hair colours so I can tell people apart. I swear, I run into my own clown dozens of times in the course of an hour. There’s simply not enough choice for the amount of players who are active and even testing the game right now.

There’s a hair dye in game. You need to do achievement to unlock it.

Ah, is that so? That’s a bit tedious, though, and Hair-dye should be something players are aware of off the bat. I certainly wasn’t, and still have no idea about how I’d go decorating my character.

Having options from the start as well as the styles is something I’d expect, mostly because of RO, though.

I’d love if they have some color that we can choose when create character though.

Exactly. RO had it, a lot of other MMO’s have it. I’d expect it as default and maybe have some of the more… extravagant colours (LOOK MOM I’M A CLOWN HONK) to be Achievement-related or cash-shoppable.

I’ve read a few months ago that the color options are going to be shop content, not sure how the dye system works in here though, since I remember that in order to change your hair color in RO after character creation you had to do a really tedious quest.

This was IMC’s response to the lack of initial customization options that they gave about 10 months back. I assume their plans on this haven’t changed:

Q) Please give us options to change characters’ eye colors or hair colors.

A) We already have a feature to change eye colors or hair colors of characters in the game. But instead of making them possible when selecting a character, we want players to obtain them in the game.

We hope for your understanding for this since we believe that players will be more affectionate to their characters when they become unique and distinct from other players’ characters after a long period of playtime instead of just allowing diverse customization options from the beginning.
