A lot of players planned to go on Gabija, but the server is not avaiable in the list, so when it will become avaiable???

It wont - for now. There were only 1 server left, but because of huge number of players they decided to open next one. Maybe if number will be greater next Gabija will show up.
I do hope too that Gabija comes
With majority of the people already deployed to first and 2nd server
It is imperative to pick the 3rd server 
@Lovelock It’s already great enough that a 3rd server opening would really help .___.
