When can we expect these?

Just wanted to ask you guys @STAFF_Letitia and co.

when are bundles like these going to be made available to us? or do we only deserve predatory gacha/loot box schemes?
I for one would love to be treated with some respect before I consider spending any more money into your game <3
anyway, keep up the good work, player base seems to be declining on a steady pace.

Probably never. Shops are different.
But maybe some of these go into Medal shop someday.

correct me if iam wrong but… at least the Nurse and bunny Outfit can be bought/traded directly trough Exchange shop… ist true that u have to buy a Gacha to get the needed coins but after all…u can buy it directly…

Directly = I give money and I get the item.
The Exchange shop and gachas are completely indirect. The gacha, you need to buy cubes and hope to get it. Exchange is even more indirect since you have to buy cubes, get items you can exchange for medals, and then you can use medals to buy it.

Yes, but I’m talking about the actual boxes that contain the costumes upon their commercial release. Meanwhile, we had to gamble away to get a chance at those, or we get them 2 months later using the medals from our failed gambles.

unfortunately, IMC doesn’t respect us as customers enough to give us items in that manner
they rather people spend upwards of hundreds of dollars for “carrot-on-a-stick” items that have ridiculously low drop rate from 3 dollar gachas than allow us to pay a fixed price for whatever cosmetics we want.
I mean, why would they? I’m sure they get more money that way by ruining their ingame economy (artificially inflating said items silver worth due to low supply)
the message is clear: they only want our money, everything else is secondary

@STAFF_Han @STAFF_Yuri @STAFF_Ethan @STAFF_Amy, would any of you care to elaborate on this subject?

I think its beyond them to comment at this point for they dont hold that kind of decision. Business models like gatcha are discussed by upper management, i guess. I suggest to make a letter or put something on the feedback section regarding loot boxes. Gives examples like guildwars2 sop model. Peace!
