Whats the point of all these cool places to explore/level if you just level in dungeon anyways?

Been exploring maps for exp/100% and I see really cool places to level all the time. I.e Siacrius 1F/2F with nice mob denisty. Or the quarry 1F/2F.

But what’s the point if everyone just levels in dungeons/missions?
I’m obviously there but since I’m too high level for those places I’m just quickly running through for the 100% card ± maybe kill a few mobs for the mob exp cards.

Until you get to level 160 dungeons give so much xp that you literally don’t ever need to go anywhere else. Certainly I havn’t.

Maybe dungeons and missions should be limited to 1 run a day and field mob exp/spawn increased?

NO this is a terrible idea and you should feel bad. I need dungeon runs to get cards as a sorc and Honestly all dungeons should be buffed xp wise if they dont give at least 1 level a run due to how bad grinding is with the terrible spawn rates and limited maps worth grinding on.
If anything the should go back to 5 dungeons runs per dungeon per day not this 3 runs globally per day nonsense they have now.

what about all those maps which noone ever sets foot in?
Dungeons are ok, but atm they are superior to all those maps.

If they fixed spawn rates and made those maps worth grinding on i guarantee people would use them. If for no other reason than to have more grind options for less competition while grinding.

In my opinion they need to do 2 things.
Fix Spawn rates and make every map worth grinding.
Fix dungeons that don’t give at least 1 level of xp a run.

If every dungeon run gave 1 level then people would be able to use them to get past the level differences between 2 maps and then grind on the map providing it had decent spawn.

Edit also like i mentioned in my last post go back to x number of runs PER dungeon Per day. 3 would be fine.

A lot of side maps have secret missions that you can do to get gems, gem abrasives (for leveling gems), recipes and hair accessories, or just for interesting things to happen.

You still have quests exp cards and together with dungeon exp there is absoloutly no need to grind on maps. I have only used a few of my exp cards so far.

And if you do 3 dungeon runs and 3 missions runs you have already easily played 3-4h/day.

Cool empty maps. Some “cool” maps force u to walk like 2 minutes from one mob to another.

Looks like these cool maps is broken atm. Like ur thread.

IMO it’s fine the way it is. You won’t always have dungeon reset tokens and later you’re going to need to do your dailies and then grind. It’s also nice to have options. Some people want to level, so they go to dungeons, other people want drops or kill counts/map completion for the cards. The more maps to complete the more cards you can get… it’d be over the top if you had to actually spend a significant amount of time in each map beyond doing quests.

Breezing past in dungeons also makes it less tedious to level alts.

Ok, you are pro-player, but let us ,the newbies, make our 3 dungeons, thanks for suggestion.

thats what im saying though. some maps like quarry or siacrius have decent mob density.

have you thought about the worse case scenario?

on May 10th… you think you can happily grind on your desired field during that day and the following days? 2-run limit is fine already, why deduct it by 1?
running dungeons and missions in party matchmaking is a big help for other players (including me) for additional exp boost if you cant find any grinding spots, so leave it on how it is. let’s just be grateful that we have 2 dungeon limits.

side note: they shouldn’t have removed the TP rewards when you complete field maps to 100%. i mean…just silver rewards feels like nothing. players can cope with that silver reward by just farming them while hunting materials, imo

EDIT: ignore my the "silver rewards"part…lol… i know there are exp card rewards but as what i meant is that the “chest reward” part that gives you silver…instead they should replace it to TP rewards.

see my post above. there are some maps which have high spawn density i.e sicarius, daemon prison, quarry.

but noone ever goes there coz they do their 3 mission and 3 dungeon runs a day and are done with it.

LoL Demon prison is one of the most heavily grinded maps along with bee farm due to mob density and respawn being so bad on other maps in that level range. Also this thread is a troll thread why do you care if some people level through dungeons and some level with quests and maps? People like to play MMOs differently. When FTP hits more people will be leveling on maps even the side ones.

I personally want them to go back to the beta of 5 runs per dungeon per day so I can just run dungeons all day. I prefer running dungeons and killing bosses to questing or grinding but im not making threads saying to many people are grinding and questing lets limit how long people can grind to one hour a day and only 25 quests a day. More limitations on game play is a bad thing overall.

Why do we need all of these maps (places like quarry/sicarius arent even quest maps) when noone goes there? Either the dungeons have to be nerfed or the maps buffed so that they can compete.
