Hi, what do you think about this build? is going mostly for PVE and maybe some PVP. Does Steady Aim works with Kneeling shot? and, can I use them + cloaking to get a lot of %+ damage? I mean, cloaking -> steady aim -> Kneeling shot -> Broad Head ?
Last thing, can you help me about Stat distribution?

if you are going for ranger to c2, get to c3 then
like this build
you can switch scout for fletcher(and go for circle 3)
or just change fletcher for something else(falconer>musketeer/cannoneer)
So, does steady aim works with kneeling shot? can they overlap?
they do
but running shot has more synergy with kneeling shot than steady aim
Stat Distribution probably something between these two:
Have DEX be triple the amount of STR and have SPR be equal to 25% of STR. So if you had 210 DEX you would have 70 STR and 17-18 SPR.
Or either
Have STR be triple the amount of DEX and have CON be equal to 25% of DEX.
You don’t want to be taking Archer C2 if you’re taking Fletcher. Fletcher is all about skill spam, and you want your skills to be good. If you take Fletcher C2, your skill becomes kinda meh, because you’re gonna be using lv 10/5 skills instead of lv 15/10 skills.
With that being said, you should max Spiral Arrow instead of High Anchoring in Ranger. HA is pretty ■■■■, whereas Spiral Arrow isn’t. It’s also a multi-hit skill, so that’s a plus.

Obviously Barbed Arrow will be better since it’s a higher rank skill. You don’t need Archer C2 for OS’ slow. IMO SPR is useless, so I would go 3:1 or 2:1 str:dex with some con if you are dying too much.
