Things that come up in my mind are Scout, Fletcher and Wugushi. If this toon is for PVE (and a bit GVG), what will be the best to go with if I need AOE skills?

Falconer+Archer2/3. Falconer+Musketeer or Cannoneer. Fletcher3.

QS3 build is usually finished with falcon+Cannoner.
